  Professional, friendly and outrageously beautiful work. They redid our circle drive and all walkways just under a year ago and I waited to post this to see how they held up - and they fared even better than our house in Hurricane ******! Thanks for a job well done.

  We hired KP to install pavers around our pool deck and to replace the tile in the pool. The workers showed up every day and worked really, really hard to complete the job. All work was as described per the quote and the finished product is beautiful!

  We began speaking to KP in May and the project was completed mid September 2023. Im writing this review because per the email the company will not honor your warranty unless you add a review. Also, in the email the company states they will pay previous customers for referrals. The good and bad: *Overall the project is complete and we now have a large space to relax and enjoy our backyard. *We picked this company because they stated that some of the funds are given back to charity. *The people actually doing the work, work so very hard! Concerns/issues: *They dont treat the workers well. Workers are left onsite all day with no transportation and have no bathrooms, food, or shade. I cant even imagine after 10+ hours where they used the bathroom in our yard. *They constantly left garbage around for us to pick up. * The workers do not speak English so there was no way for us to communicate with them and plans were not explained accurately from the main office. *The people who completed the steps to the pool were from a different company and again they did not know the plans. *The company used a medium duty landscape fabric from Home Depot under the rocks and we are already battling a ton of weeds in the rock areas.They stated that we can just call and they will come back and pull the weeds. I can't imagine having to call every two weeks for weed removal. *Play sand was used to fill the spaces in between the pavers instead of paver sand. *A pile of rock was left in the driveway for my husband and I to take care of. *Dangerous objects were consistently left lying around. They know we have a dog. We were told that its a construction site and our dog couldnt use the backyard. Blades, knives, and other dangerous objects were left around the yard and not put away. Overall, I cannot say I would recommend them to someone. We feel it was a stressful process and we feel awful for the conditions the crew has to work in. ??

  First and foremost, we want to clarify that our warranty is indeed honored for 365 days after the completion date, regardless of whether a review is submitted. We apologize if there was any misunderstanding in this regard.
  
  Regarding the referral program, it is designed to help customers who may not have the full budget for their project. In exchange for a review upon satisfaction, we offer additional discounts on future projects. Your participation in this program was entirely voluntary and contributed to making your project more affordable. The cashback rewards are Kingdom Bucks that can be apply to future projects.
  
  The timeline of your project extended due to multiple changes in the scope of work that you made after we were in contract. We accommodated these changes without charging change order or restock fees, despite the materials being purchased and ready for delivery. The delay in completion was also influenced by your preference for a specific gravel type that was temporarily out of stock and you stated that you woukd wait as long as you needed to for this item.
  
  Our dedicated workers have been with us for nearly a decade and are treated with the utmost respect and care. While we acknowledge that construction work can be challenging, they receive regular breaks and lunch periods, during which they have access to bathroom facilities and bring their own food daily. Lack of shade comes with the territory of construction work. They're equiped with hats and glasses and shaded areas are not required.
  
  Our cleaning crew is responsible for thorough site cleanup upon project completion. We apologize if there were any oversights regarding debris, and we appreciate your understanding.
  
  Communication with homeowners is typically conducted through foremen, site supervisors, or project managers. This approach ensures clarity and consistency, especially considering the multiple changes made to the project scope. You have always had access to the designer, site supervisor and admin to communicate as they're all trilingual.
  
  We take pride in our mentorship program and supporting our employees in advancing their careers. The installers responsible for your steps were former employees who pursued their own business ventures. Their protocol was to confirm precise placement to avoid any changes after installation.
  
  The pile of rock left in your driveway was intended for your use,  you and your husband specifically asked the site supervisor if you could keep them for a DIY project. If you have changed your mind and no longer need them, please contact us, and we'll arrange the removal promptly.

  
  The choice of medium-grade weed block was made based on the presence of a 2-inch crushed concrete base. We also conducted thorough weed removal and added additional layers of weed block as part of our process. We have also come out and treated and removed the aggressive weeds and added more weedblock.
  
  The use of fine dry sweeping play sand for joints is a standard practice when customers decline the upgrade to polymeric sand Kingdom Pavers suggests. This sand offers strong bonding properties in the absence of sealing.

  In repsonse from the customer We are currently still waiting to sign the final paperwork (completed job) with the company. We have scheduled multiple dates with them and they have canceled and have not currently rescheduled. I was told our warranty isnt valid until paperwork is signed. Yes, we did want the pea gravel as that was what was originally offered to us as an option. We did not have any complaints on timeline and understood the gravel was out of stock even though it was an option we were asked to choose from. The crew were NOT picked up during the day and did not have access to a portable restroom. I was home on the days we had work done and the crew would take breaks in the yard but did not have restroom facilities. A simple pop up tent and portable restroom would help these valuable crew members. I would hope if they've been so loyal that the company would treat them with immense respect. The nearest restroom would've been quite the walk from our location. The crew were dropped off and would be onsite most of the day without transportation. Yes, we could reach out to certain contacts, however I was unable to talk to the people who were actually doing the work in our yard. And plans were not appropriately discussed between all parties as I often was made to be the middle man connecting one party to the other regarding the work. ** was just out again last week (mid October), had to pull weeds again and added a third layer of weed blocker in one area. We still currently have weeds growing through and this is only a week after they were here. I was told they could leave the rocks or take them. I wouldn't want them to take an item we paid for but why weren't those rocks added to the yard to finish the project? I had to move them all into the yard myself as my husband is on lifting restrictions.
