    I had a lash lift done 08-20-2022. My eyelashes are over curled, burned and broken. I expressed how unhappy I was while still there and I was told I could come back for another treatment but there is no fixing lashes that are broken and GONE! I reached out to the spa the next day to try and get a refund and was told in other words that my lashes broke because I combed them too much after I was told to comb oil through them to help relax them. Of course it is the customers fault. I am devastated and upset that my lashes are gone. I just want my money back at this point.

    I spoke with the client 15 minutes or so after her procedure, We met in the hallway at the mirror, while she was repeatedly brushing her lashes. I explained to her our protocol step by step . She was saying her lashes were over processed and curled too tight. I explained that there is ways we could relax them by having you come back into *********. I even looked for a lash serum for ******* to take home ,again I explained we can get them to relax . I had the receptionist book a appointment . I spoke to the other technician who preformed the service about what went on she informed me that the client repeatedly touched rubbed her lashes during the procedure she wiped the right rod with her hand and said it was itchy. The technician ******** gave her a fan to use as she stated it was itchy . Said right eye teared up through out the treatment. By ******* the client leaving negative reviews everywhere on social media that she can, is not okay . She is also having her friends do so and one friend calling me retarted stupid dumb that's not okay ******* signed a consent form upon her arrival to the spa Our web site states no refunds She was given instructions and was told to return to help relax the lashes I Was unable to relax them the same day as our process is too allow 24-Hours for them to relax before apply any other product to the lashes our consent forms are very detailed for clients to understand the process and risk with lifts we tried to provide proper post care and information for the client to feel comfortable. Instead this client has become irritated and has continuously badmouthed our spa on forms of social media along with her friends.
