    It was the worst experience we've ever had. I'll start off by saying everything sounded really good prior to us placing an order for over 9,000.00 dollars. Then, after that, it was a complete nightmare. Not only did he tell us that he was just lazy, but he also said he couldn't do things he mentioned he would do prior to the order. We asked for a refund within a normal time period of 1 week, and he didn't respond to our messages because he said he was waiting for things to cool off...(whatever that means). Then, when he did acknowledge the email, he said, "You can expect your refund from your bank or credit card company." Meanwhile, he holds my money and doesn't issue a refund on his end. Ultimately, we had to file a disput with our wonderful credit card company, which reviewed the email and time stamps and helped me out. Now, unfortunately, my money is still in the process of being returned, which it will thank goodness. But unfortunately now I am waiting for my money to post back to my card which could take 30 to 90 days unfortunately. Since he didn't return my money on his end and I had to file a disput, now it will hurt his company from which I understand, which wasn't my intention what so ever. I would highly recommend not doing business with this guy. It's been a complete nightmare. He also only has two people from my understanding who build these cabnits, him and a helper. We were under the impression he had a few helpers. It's was an awful experience, unfortunately. He is fast to take the money while giving you false information and hope for your Pinball machine.
