  This is a letter of recommendation for The best ************ out there Carlos, ****************************** who made our dreams come true. With Eng. *********, who did a cad rendition of what we had envisioned and brought it to life. From the very first contact with *** ****** our salesman to the site ****** ****** and everyone who worked on our pool made this construction project an incredible experience. When we were getting estimates on what was a total remodel of our pool as well as adding a spa and a sun shelf. We had a few revisions and they did it without problem and charged us a fair amount. From the end of February to swimming in the pool on May 27th. Every step along the way from plumbing, chipping the old surface off, excavating , tile work, pool finish and feature wall was done quickly and professionally. The workers were kind and polite and did anything I asked them to do. They showed up early and put in 10 to 12 hour days. Our Oasis turned out better than I ever thought it could be and well within the time frame. There were no surprises with the final bill. Thank you Carlos Pavers & Pools and Eng. Plans for making our dreams come true.

  I contacted a number of companies in an attempt to get this work accomplished, but Carlos Pavers were the only ones that didnt decline the job, saying that it was too small. Within a couple of days of my initial call ***********************, their estimator, stopped by to look at the job and work out a price. A day or so later I received their proposal but felt I needed to add a couple of items to it. The very next day ************** emailed me back saying that my needs would be attended to at no additional cost. That was on Friday and the following Monday their installer, I believe he spells his name *****, was on the job with all materials and equipment. During the entire evolution I found everyone that I talked with at Carlos Pavers to be polite, courteous and extremely helpful. The installer did an outstanding job, was very meticulous in his work, extremely accommodating, and very careful of adjacent structures and other objects in the yard. Our project included site prep, base material and concrete pavers. It also included labor, sand and setting materials, and the installation of new pavers to match existing to fill in the triangle (approximately 8.5 x 11) between the existing pavers and the walkway. All work was accomplished in less than a day including clean-up. My wife and I would have no problem in hiring Carlos Pavers for additional work if the need should arise.
