      I hired this company for crawl space work after an inspection on August 30, 2024, revealed high wood moisture levels (49.2%). Actually, this is his dba and I wanted it to reflet here as well. They failed to provide updated moisture readings before installing the vapor barrier and insulation. Despite full payment on September 16, I never received promised closing documents, warranty details, or photos.An independent inspection has now confirmed multiple serious issues:Insufficient Insulation: Large sections behind the vapor barrier were left uninsulated.Debris Left Behind: Garbage and leftover materials remain in my crawl space.Premature Vapor Barrier Installation: The barrier trapped moisture, worsening humidity and causing warping to my original hardwood floors.Unfulfilled Work: I was charged for new piers to replace rotting vertical lumber but no new piers were installed. The report confirms that wood in direct contact with the ground has lost integrity and was never properly secured. Additionally, necessary repairs to the joists and ledger boards remain unverified due to the barrier installation.The company ignored my request for an inspection and has failed to respond. I now face significant costs to remove the defective work and hire another contractor to properly complete the job.I demand full reimbursement for the incomplete and defective work. If unresolved, I will pursue further action. I wish others to know this company is not to be trusted. I have attached two letters I sent via certified mail and email and received NO response. Additionally, I've included the inspection report and estimate. Then parts of my independent inspection showing the incomplete and faulty work.

      Ms. ****** has been fully refunded through Pay Pal, the merchant she used to pay for the services. While we dispute any wrong doing, we have agreed with pay pal to refund the full amount to close this out.

      I am rejecting this response because: I did not recevie a full refund as he stated. I was denied $698.97. Thankfully was able to recoever the majority of the funds and have the ability to have the job completed correctly. It cost more than that to clean up the mess I was left with.
