    My husband and I had our tint done by Rated R Window Tinting, LLC located in **********. My husbands truck was promised to be fixed almost (3) years ago because it was messed up the day it was done at the owners house. I haven't had my window tint a full 6 months and it has already came off. My husband and I have reached out multiple of times on when they could come and fix it. Just to be ignored. Finally, we were able to get a hold of Chay and he physically came to the house just to rip off the window tint on my husbands truck, both front windows and in the process scratched the under layer of tint. Told me he did not have enough tint he would have to go to ***** grab it, eat lunch and would be back. After all day of us having both trucks there to accommodate him and having to borrow a vehicle to get to work, he NEVER showed back up with an explanation. Come to find out he was in ******* looking for "tint", no he was in ******* doing another job instead of fixing the work he messed up in the first place. This is not the first time this company has done this to us and multiple of other people we know. It's clear to me that this company lies to their customers and is not honest with customers. They guarantee "warranty" I don't understand how when they ignore the people who have already paid. At this point we just want to be reimbursed for the damage done and for the inconvenience so we can take our business else where and get the things corrected on both vehicles. I have attached photos of conversations between **** and myself. Please help us get this corrected.
