  Unleashed fencing did a phenomenal job. ***** is super helpful and explained things clearly. The installers showed up on time and did a great job. A week after the installation, I found that one of my irrigation pipes had been broken. I called ***** and they came out the very next day and fixed the broken pipe. ** also came to my defense when a neighbor accused me of having the fence on her property. ***** quickly responded to my issue and sorted it out with my neighbor. By the way, unleashed fencing was in the right. Very professional. Highly recommend.

  I previously left a review that I have tried to retract and wanted to make it right with the company as it seems the BBB does not allow edits on reviews . There was some confusion that happened between estimator and the actual installer and that is where the communication broke down and i as a consumer was not aware of a removal fee that was not charged. Unleashed fencing, and I came to an agreement and we will be having all the debris picked up. The prior review was when I thought we were not going to be able to work something out. Unleashed fencing went above and beyond to make the customer happy and I regret leaving the first review. I am very happy with the installation and will refer to all who needs quality work done!

  Contracted Unleashed fencing to furnish and replace 5 rotten wooden fence panels and add a high quality 5ft black coated chainlink fence on my property. Chainlink and panels were installed and look good. But they threw the old wooden fence on the easement between US 301 and my property. I contacted the company (texts only! Not one single phone call made or returned) and notified them of the panels and wood plus some chain link that was tossed on the property next to me. They sent a person by and they picked up the chainlink pieces only. I messaged them again and said that their estimator noted i was doing it. Who contracts a company and pays thousands of dollars to do the job and tells them to illegally dump it in the easement. Very disappointed on the whole we charge to haul it away text i got back from an owner. So i drop nearly 5 k on a fence to save a few hundred more? Crappy way of doing business! Beware ! Oh and they dont take checks.. cash app, venmo is what was offered AFTER install was done. Another point they omitted.

  I guess I am a little shocked to see this.. we have spoken multiple times and as I explained when our estimator came out you had told him to just have it pushed over.. which is the same thing you told me when we spoke on the phone (have multiple calls on call log with you).. I explained that we do charge for tear out and haul away which is why the guys didn't take it.. It was torn out for you for free.  And I let you know the guys has stated they would come get it for you for just the dump fee.. I'm not entirely sure who told you we don't accept checks as it states on your estimate, on your invoice and everywhere else including our messages back and forth that we most certainly do.. As I have tried to emphasize we will most certainly send someone out to take care of it for you.. just haven't heard anything back from you as of yet to my contact with you.

  In this day and age it's a challenge to find good customer service! As a former hotelier I recognize customer service! From start to finish ********************** receives five stars! ****** was punctual professional and informative. ***** was available responsive professional and explained the project in ****** terms. The team worked hard and cleaned up well. ***** with his last minute touches was pleasant and creative! I highly recommend Unleashed Fencing for your fencing needs!

  We hired them to install vinyl fence for almost $11,000. Fence is only about 7 months old. Fence looked nice but very flimsy. Any small wind and it would shake and move side to side. It literally lasted until the first hurricane Ian. We contacted them to get them to fix the damaged parts (couple sections) and they were going to charge us another $500 for "band aid). The paperwork clearly said that they cover ANY DAMAGES, but they claim it's an "act of God" so no, they cover only if it's a workmanship issues. We just put these vinyl part together ourselves. Now, this time with much lighter winds 2 sections were busted out due to the post bending and breaking completely at the base. Now we saw that they did not put anything inside these hollow vinyl posts. In Florida (state of hurricanes HOLLOW VINYL posts!) What a joke for $11K! Again, no help from them. They are fence scammers. We are considering suing them. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. BE AWARE!

  As we stated in your prior Facebook review. Our warranty is a workmanship warranty.. a hurricane hitting and breaking posts wouldnt be a workmanship issue. If it was just a matter of putting the panels back together yes absolutely we would have done it for you.. you had numerous broken posts which is what we quoted you $350 for (not $500) which would involve replacing all of the broken at the ground posts. Which would be the cost of the materials to replace it is all.. You didnt have us do that and just put the panels back together so of course the next wind did in fact break those posts the rest of the way. As I have stated and sent you numerous attachments no fence company puts wood 4x4 into the posts.  The fence would not go together. Please see below video again showing how a pvc fence is built. No where includes 4x4 posts. Again we thoroughly apologize that your not happy but it is again a shame that your posting a negative review for something that is done correctly. I urge you to contact the numerous other fence contacts I gave you that state the same thing.

  On April 12, I agreed to the estimate provided by Unleashed Fencing (UnF) for $3,588.00 to tear down the existing wood fence and replace it. The crew came out to do the work on April 14. On May 23, a mere 5 weeks later, my neighbor came over and asked if he could show me what was happening with my fence. We walked his fence line, and the boards were splitting and cracking all along the fence line. I took pictures and sent them to UnF with a request that someone come out and take a look. It is not one or two boards. It is every few boards. UnF responded that they would have someone come and look but said "that's wood.. it will shrink, crack, warp. that's why wood suppliers wont (sic) provide any warranty on wood." I have owned wooden fences since 1987 and not one board has ever split like that. In fact, I had a front section and gate replaced in May of 2021 and not one of those boards has split, cracked, or shrunk. On June 23, another 4 weeks and several emails later, UnF told me - in response to yet another inquiry from me - they would have someone come out the next week. I heard nothing after their visit until I asked on July 1 if anyone had been by. They again said they were talking with the supplier "but wood cracks and splits because of the humidity." Another week went by and I heard nothing until I inquired on July 19 and they indicated they were still talking to the supplier. As of August 1, I had still heard nothing until again, I reached out to them. Same song and dance from UnF. It has now been more than 9 weeks since I sent the pics of the cracked, split, and shoddy fence construction and the cracks and splits are getting worse and more numerous. I would argue that if you are using poor quality and/or cheap materials, then you also have poor quality workmanship.

  As I responded to you 2 days ago on the 1st when you contacted us.. we do have a workmanship warranty but wood doesnt have a warranty as it states in our estimate. I am fighting with them to cover it since it hasnt been installed long to see what they will do because as I explained we have to take the fence apart to replace individual pickets and as we do that there is the possibility of more needing damaged. We are happy to cover the labor for it being fixed but its a warranty issue that I have explained over and over needs time to be able to work through.. we are continually available by email as we always have been

  Within 2 weeks from the date of this review as promised the warranty was completed and we had guys out to fix the issues for the client. Agreement was made between client and business owner and we were able to complete amicably!
