  I hired The Honey Do Crew LLC in November of 2022 and paid $3961.50 to do chimney repair for rotted boards, soffit and roofline repairs and and needed underpayment replacement as needed and paint to match all of which came with a 3 year warranty. I put my house on the market this past summer and during inspection while under contract it was discovered I still had rotted boards on chimney and inspector could push it in easily with finger and recommended a license contractor repair or replace- which I thought I had done with The Honey Do Crew LLC! We did not get that sale and the chimney became another discussion point with the next contract even though we showed the perspective buyers that the chimney area of concern was clearly under a 3 year warranty and showed them the invoice from The Honey Do Crew LLC stating so. I contacted The Honey Do Crew LLC right away about the finding and sent them the inspection report on July 25, 2023. I was given a date of Aug 24, 2023 of the warranty repair date and no one ever showed up nor any communication. I called and also told them I was extremely concerned and especially so since a hurricane was coming and I was worried for further damage. I was given Aug 28th, 2023 as new warranty repair date. Again no one ever came and no contact just as had been on 24th. I attempted several more communication attempts and only response was they would provide labor but I had to provide the material which is not what warranty states- it covered all work and materials. I am a 100% disabled veteran and single mother to 4 at home and its been a terrible experience with The Honey Do Crew LLC. They basically dont care about honoring their very own warranty nor that the money I paid them in good faith was a stretch for me and my family but I knew I needed to get the work done or pay more later for worse damage with the situation. I would recommend everyone steer clear of this company! They seem to be only in it for quick cash and not character!

  Had Honey ******** give us an estimate to replace subfloor and flooring in my 80 year old Dad's home. Reasonably priced so we hired them, gave them a $4000+ deposit to get it done. Now over 2 and a half months later, no work being done. For weeks no response to calls and texts. Finally had enough and requested a refund, I'm told then they can start Monday. When asked for a definite for Monday, Owner tells me he has a cash flow problem and he can't start Monday. You took over $4000 from my Dad and now have no money to do his job or return his deposit. We are now forced to take all legal measures criminal and civil to get my Dad's money back. Please beware before using this company. I will be actively pursuing having his license canceled.
