      Booked 1 night stay at the Quality Inn Hotel in Plant City. Check in the night of January 25, 2025. Had to check out from the hotel within an hour and a half of being there due to a family emergency. Upon check out, the employee assisting us, ***** K, advised I could have a refund however I would have to call on Monday, January 27th 2025 and speak to the manager, Nish. Called Monday (01/27/25) late afternoon and Nish was not there. Was told to call back "another day" and ask for Jasmine, the supervisor. I called back the following day, 01/28/25 around 2pm and was advised Jasmine was already gone for the day. Feeling as though I was getting the run around, I contacted the corporate office for *************. I have spoken with corporate approximately 4 times now since the week of January 27th, in hopes they could assist. I was provided with a case number from corporate to document these issues. Case # is ********. They too have also been given the same information that a manager or supervisor who can approve the refund is never there at the hotel or available. Due to the reason for needing to leave abruptly and having been told I could receive a refund since I did not stay, I feel like requesting and receiving the refund is not unreasonable. I also feel that I am being lied to and deceived since every time I reach out to speak to someone I am told they are unavailable and to call back again another day and have yet been able to speak to anyone other than, ***** *.
