    Had 16 kitchen knives sharpen and half of knives were dull and have flat metal edges on supposedly sharpen edges and some are bent they look like they were sharpen by a blind person

    This client was under the impression that the service we provided was freethe *** set up this sharpening event, the 2nd time in two yearshe told the ***s staff he thought it was free..:I already discounted his service 50% and made an additional effort to accommodate him & personally delivered them to him, after the *** reps said just keep the knives for his non-payment.

    it would have cost him 3 or 4 times as much to replace his knives..:he further complained previously of metal shards still on the knivesall he had to do is wipe them off, which he was told to do upon deliveryI have kept his texts, as I reckoned he would try to dispute the credit card chargehis was the only complain in the two years Ive done this service fir this *** & over 300 customers served at this ***

    I believe this gentleman just wants to complain, based on his preconception the event was freethere is no way our equipment could **** his knives, as all work was completed on-site at their clubhouseand I have the sponsors phone # for further information.

    I spoke with my contact, the one that scheduled me for this eventshe has not seen or talked to ***** since the day of the event, nearly 3 weeks agohis invoice was already discounted, as I didnt want him to be without knivesI could have easily kept them per the HOAs adviceI made extra effort to get the knives too him several days after the event, even tho he was still adamant that the should have been freeI have kept his text messages from our conversations

    I am rejecting this response because: its not true my wife and I both were present when we showed hoa knives and she told me another place to take the knives to be sharpen and that they were going to use someone different next year
