      Florida Mortgage Firm is the BEST! Our refinance was quick and easy! Very minimal documentation was requested during the process because we provided all requested documentation up front! The entire loan process start to finish was communicated flawlessly! I will only use FMF for all of my loan needs!

      The staff at Florida Mortgage Firm is top notch. They went above and beyond to make sure that my questions were answered in a manner I could understand.       I wholeheartedly endorse The Florida Mortgage Firm. I would give them a 10/10. As a veteran, it can be difficult to find a company that understands the ins and outs of a VA loan. My situation was complex and required experienced loan officers. They made the process simple and enjoyable for me! In comparison to other companies I've worked with in the past, this one was outstanding. Both realtors were impressed and said they fully intend to send future clients to them. The whole team was great and I will definitely be using them in the future!!

      The person I worked with will be costing me a great deal of money in interest and significantly higher monthly payments. They first ignored my request to put down more than 20%, because they weren't sure I wanted to and decided not to reach out. When I found out they set it up for 20%, I asked about my request to put down significantly more, and was told I could make a large payment on the loan, after the first payment, to lower the monthly rate. Apparently, they didn't know that can't be done on a VA loan.Now they can help me refinance if I wait several months. Now I can spend a fortune on extra interest payments, and I get to stay with significantly higher monthly payments. But hey, at least they're sorry.
