      I used a lawn company for fertilizer and pest/weed control. The owner of this company retired and passed on all of his clients to Green Life Environmental. I had issues with this company in the past when I replaced my entire lawn. The lawn came with a life time warranty or money back. More than 1/2 of the lawn died in the back yard and few spots in the front. I asked respectfully to replace it or give me my money back, and he (******- owner refused). He blamed it on me that I did not water properly and sprinklers are off and he will not replace it or give me money back, in meantime my water bill was over $500, which I showed it to him. He refused to co-operate and I let it go. He sent my already paid invoices to collection agency and made up few more. I did not pay the invoices. Second time around, Green Life serviced my lawn without my consent, I contacted the owner who was retiring and told him I do not want this company to service my lawn. He said he will take care of it. I left several messages to cancel the service with Green Life and stated that I will find my own. In meantime, Green life serviced my lawn and left an invoice at the front door. I did not pay. He (******) sent it to collection agency. My house was on his list to service the lawn after several messages to the previous owner who had passed on my house address. I believe it was an honest mistake but I should not have to pay. Green life employees may not have known the changes, not sure what happened. I am dealing with collection agency (*******************) who sent me an invoice for $85. When I called, the price went up to $296 and he said he will make a deal with me if I paid that day to $200. Not sure how it got from $85 to $200. My credit score went down 26 points last week because I did not pay the required fee that was wrongfully charged to me. Please help me resolve this and correct my credit score. I have an excellent credit and have no financial issues with anyone or any company.
