      Business Response

      Date: 01/08/2025

This response was taken verbally by BBB:

The customer has a pool that he drained the water out of because he was going to tear it up to haul away because it was an old pool with a rotten liner that couldn't be replaced. The above ground pool was buried in the ground. When we buried the job, the tractor did not hit the pool, the dirt collapsed the pool because the customer emptied it. We did not cause the issue and we will not be paying for the customer to replace his old, rotten above-ground pool that was installed in the ground.
