I recently hired Dr. **** Right Home Revitalization to handle some much-needed updates to my home, and I couldnt be more impressed with the results! From start to finish, their team was professional, detail-oriented, and truly committed to delivering top-notch ******* project included replacing the builder grade single pane glass windows with high efficiency impact resistant windows as well as replacing the glass inserts in two sets of French Doors with the same efficiency rating and impact resistance as mentioned above. And I must say that every aspect was executed flawlessly. The communication throughout the process was exceptionalthey kept me informed every step of the way and were always available to answer questions or address any concerns. What really stood out to me was the pride they take in their work. Its clear they genuinely care about customer satisfaction. They stayed within budget, finished on time, and left everything spotless when the job was done. My home feels safer, and more comfortable. If youre looking for a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy company for your home projects, I highly recommend Dr. **** Right Home Revitalization. They live up to their name! **** A

Samuel Prioreschi the owner totally abandoned us with a cracked bathroom window that was either cracked when he installed it or when he picked it up from the supplier. He left us to install the screw covers and additional window pieces due to the inspector needing to visualize the screws. The job did not pass inspection the first time and he had to return. The second inspection passed. When we installed the screw covers on some windows (as we were not left with enough screw covers for all windows), some of the screws were not properly installed making it difficult to install the screw covers, which then made some of the windows difficult to open and shut. When I contact him concerning the problems he said the inspector wouldn't have approved the job. That did account for the additional space required to install the screw covers, nor did the inspector pull out the sash in any window including the bathroom. We had to in order to access some of the screws and found the crack in the sash. The inspector looked at each window to ensure all the screws where there and that the windows opened and shut properly only. Prior to my signing the contract to install hurricane rated windows and a new front door was if the interior of the windows would be complete as well as the exterior. I quote from the contractor "Shouldn't need any window trim. But if I do my contract with you will be to make sure that the windows are completely finished when I walk away". *** **** Right DID NOT fulfill the contract. .I tried to leave to leave a post on his website, but alas they do not allow posts on their site.

Thank you sir for the review. Just for the records my company did not purchase any of the windows, which means any warranty claims would fall on you the purchaser. When it comes to the cracked sill I offered to replace it and you said don't worry about it. We did leave all the caps and covers that were needed for the job to be done. If any of the caps were missing once again that was purchased by you the home owner.Which means you needed to contact the company that you bought the windows from to get any missing items. My company does not deal with the warranty of the windows because they were not bought by my company. We do not do any touch up paint per our contract But in my contract we do highly recommend cutting in with paint for an extra barrier of protection due to the effects of the sun. We also left you all the caps and covers that came with the windows that you the homeowner purchased. And you said you would have no problem installing all the caps and covers yourself. If not, I would have come back and installed them. My company will warranty the labor of my installation but not the windows which were purchased by you. But when you contacted me the other day everything that you told me that was wrong. All had to do with the manufacturer where you bought the windows. And yes sir I do apologize about missing the screw but we came immediately the next day, if I do believe and fixed that problem so it would pass inspection. I am sorry that we are all human. But we do make mistakes , but I do intend to correct my mistakes if need be to fullful the requirements of the contract. The day we finished , you were very happy with everything that we did and you also give us a tip. Also , the reason the windows are going up and down hard because you actually put caps In the lower section of  where the active panel goes up and down and the caps will cause issues. So we do not recommend putting the caps in the  lower section. Because you have a constant force balancer. This helps the windows go open down and they bump into the caps in the lower section. Also, the way the windows are installed. The only thing you have to do is caulk the inside and outside. Which requires no trim. Once again thank you for the review. God bless you and have a good day.

It is true that Dr. Done Right, Sam did not purchase the windows and thus was not able to up charge us on the windows. He made it clear that he was unhappy with not being able to markup the cost on the windows and I quote, "Not going to be able to make any money on the windows". We also purchased a door that Sam installed and charged us for and made a profit from in addition to the charge for installing the windows. We were left with caps and covers with no additional instruction other than to cover the screws with the caps and shown where on the windows to install the covers. We were never told to only cover certain screws. We were instructed by your wife to cover the screws, period. Additionally, it is true that we gave you a tip in good faith that the installation was done correctly and that we were given the appropriate instructions for the caps and covers. We did not go behind you and check every window. I Mrs. Kris W*****, not sir but ma'am did check the bathroom window and found that the marble sill was broken following your installing the new window. You got something and put it on the crack and said that would seal it and keep it from leaking. I am hoping that this is true. Again, we were never given instructions on where to place the caps other than over the screws. Nothing was mentioned about not placing the caps over the screws in the lower section of the of the active panels. Knowing what we know NOW, we would have never given you that $200 tip. Thank you for following up on this complain so that we now have the proper instructions. We did let go of the fact that a very hot tool was placed on the bedspread, burning a hole through it and the linens below. We told you not to worry about it and when you or your wife insisted, I replied to just take it off the bill.
