    Need the proper documents to submit to the building permit department for approval to move forward with the project before any more work can be done. **** at T&G also told us that it wouldnt be an issue if the architect we used wasnt able to help, that you all had your own engineer that would help with the proper documentation. Thats why we signed the contract and gave a $4,700.00 deposit. 

    he county building permit department to avoid fines, or worse yet making us tear it down. The lean-to isnt hurricane rated as they said it would be, its not to our likings as they stated it would be, and no one never came out to see all the issues and concerns that I stated to them in my email. Im out of $24,700.00 and the job is NOT at all professional looking. Im requesting they provide us with the documents for the county to update our permit and to get the patio to our likings. If theyre NOT able to do that, then we need to be getting a full refund.

    we will be out there this coming thursday July 25 - to take care of all you concerns . The correct trim just come in last friday and I have it here . I have reached out to your engineer several times and you even told me he has hard to get a hold of , he has the *** file, I also called and texted him again this morning stating a needed the updated plans .

    and your engineer is working on them  . you told me that he was slow from the being unfortunately that is out of my hands on time , I did reach out to two other engineer but they couldn't  make the changes the original engineer has to do so  . but like I said in the email yesterday as soon as he sends them to me I will send them to you .

    My previous complaint number, that I filed against T&G is ********. T&G removed their structure on Monday September 2, 2024. I currently have an ongoing dispute, with my credit card company against T&G, in the amount of $21,700.00 for a 100% full refund. The credit card company has been trying to get in contact with T&G and been waiting for a long period of time for them to respond back, in order to resolve this matter. T&G currently has $21,700.00 dollars of mines along with their building materials they dismantled and took back. I used 2 different credit cards, for method of payment. The first credit card company refunded me my full amount back, from T&G. The remaining balance, T&G currently has $21,700.00 dollars, that belongs me.

    I use a 3rd party for credit cards , so since you done disputes I have to respond to them and I have done that with every dispute you have done , unfortunately that Is out of my hands . Had you not disputed the charges this could have already been taken care of and The structures was taking down cause you told me to .

    I am rejecting this response because: I have nothing to do with who you use for credit card services, I paid it to you ( T&G Carports). Yes I told you to take the structure down because, 1. It was installed without a permit. 2. It wasnt installed properly. 3. It wasnt hurricane rated, and 4. It wasnt a professional looking job. 5. It stored water inside the metal itself. 6. The wrap job just was extremely unacceptable. You promised us that well be satisfied with the results, and that was a lie. So, I have every right to ask you to take it down, and dispute the charges, and ask for a full refund. The entire job you guys did was NOT up to the state codes, and it most definitely did NOT meet our expectations. Your company was the one that took my payment, which means its still in your hands.
