    Date of Service: 04.28.2025 - 04.29.2025 05.03.2025 Committed to provide: Removal of 3 Oak Trees, stumps ground, install sod for $4,9000 When the sod did not cover the lawn I was told another $1,750 to complete Then **** told me he would discount by $400 if I paid him in cash Amount Paid $4,900 = $1,750 = $6,650 - $400 = $6,250 paid on 04.29.2025 Sod is incomplete, ground not prepared properly, sod not laid properly.Heavy machinery left my driveway pavers with big black tire marks that would not hose off.The **** ***** sent *** to lay more sod and clean the driveway.*** threw a few more pieces of sod on unprepared dry hard dirt.*** used an undiluted chemical on the driveway that has left it dull, sand out of joints, and still black marks See pictures Time line April 28, 2025 - May 5, 2025 28th - Trees 3 oaks removed, stumps ground, some sod put down over where the stumps were. Quoted me more money to finish the sod.29th - Came back and put more sod down. 29th - The price now is $4,900 for trees removed, sumps ground, sod. Another $1,750 to finish sodding the front lawn and two sides of the driveway, sidewalk to curb. Total $6,650.29th - **** offered me a $400 discount if I paid him in cash.29th - **** asked to get paid and told me he would be back in the morning of the 30th to clean up and finish the sidewalk to curb sod.30th - **** did not show up 1st - **** didnt show up. Said he would be here on the 2nd but sent ***2nd - *** came and made bigger issues. I sent a message to **** and told him everything that transpired. **** said he would be here first thing on Monday morning, the 5th.5th - Once again **** did not show up. I explained I would rather resolve this amicably.5th - **** told me he will sue me for defamation of character.6th - I sent **** a message asking for a partial refund.Resolution requested: Half of my payment returned, $3,125 to help pay for repairs and finishing the sod.
