      First, after ordering name badges from this company, I am emailed constantly by a BOT email named Freddy. Secondly, when having to deal with customer service, about a next day delivery charge that was not honored, I requested a refund for that charge. Only to be told, "I know that we are in Florida but that is how FedEx does the delivery for packages. I apologize for the inconvenience".  YD | Customer Service & Sales (only initials, did not want to reveal full name) I am located 4 hours from this company. This experience left me with a bad impression of this company. I will not be doing business with this company again.

      I feel manipulated, misled, and duped. Nowhere on the Best Name Badges website does it even mention a one-time set-up fee. In fact, the language on the website leads one to believe there is no charge while not explicitly saying that. My customer service representative said in his email to me to 'call anytime.' Upon calling, I was told he does not take phone calls. Misled again! When I asked where on the website I could have found notification of the set-up fee, the answer was, 'it is not there.' I will not be ordering from them again even though they assure me it is a one-time set-up fee. I prefer to do business with companies that have integrity. In my opinion, this one does not.
