      Our daughter pasted away at 41 years old in August of 2023. The was a decision to not have her cremated. Neptune agreed to refund our used balance. To date we provided all the requested information for the return of balance. Our contact does not understand their home office will not send the used balance. The amount is over ******. Its hard ** to heal with this unresolved issue. Please Help

      Neptune Society of Northern ********** has been in contact with the complainant over this inconvenience during the past months. Neptune Society of Northern ********** issued a refund check to the Estate of *************************************. Per the complainant, her mother cashed the check made out to the Estate of ************************************* which no financial institution can do, it can only be deposited into an account titled "Estate of *************************************". The complainant understood and has filed a police report for the fraudulent activity that took place with this refund. Unfortunately, Neptune Society of Northern ********** no longer has the funds and the complainant has to proceed with her fraudulent investigation with the financial institution and the police. attached is a copy of the check that was cashed fraudulently. Neptune Society of Northern ********** always strives to provide the utmost in service and customer satisfaction to each family we serve.
