I've had nothing but issues since the beginning of signing up; now I'm delinquent on payments because of a credit card issue, but trying to follow the directions on the bill I received in the mail does not work. When I spoke to someone on the phone (customer service) they told me to do something DIFFERENT, which was also unsuccessful. If its this difficult just to find/create my account, log in, and update my payments, AS THE ACCOUNT HOLDER, I cannot imagine how frustrating and such a waste of time my family would have after I'm gone. I finally called them to cancel my account for a refund of the money I've invested so far. They will be "mailing out cancellation forms". How can I "already have a registered account" but when I click on 'forgotten password', my email address doesn't exist in the system? I never signed up for an online account because I wasn't even notified that it was an option! Such a huge mess and waste of my time and money. I better receive a FULL refund for everything I've invested so far.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! My father passed away over 3 weeks ago and we are still waiting for Trident Society coordinator to let us know when he can be cremated and when we can have his service at Riverside National Cemetery since he was a Vietnam Vet. From the start, the Coordinator did not explain to us the process/steps. I asked the Coordinator for the process/steps but he said he couldn't tell me anything until there was a Death Certificate. The Death Certificate was completed over 2 weeks ago. Every time I call the Coordinator, I am told that he is busy or meeting with a family. He doesn't return my calls until days later. When I do speak with the Coordinator, he is rude and not able to tell me what the next steps are. When I ask him questions, he is not able to provide me with answers and always says, " I need to check and will get back to you" but never provides me with answer my questions.
The Coordinator told me that my father chose "the basic plan" where he was going to be cremated with no clothing and no viewing. I asked if I can have a copy of my Father's contract to see what is cover, the Coordinator said he will fax it to me but I still haven't received the contract. I am told that I will need to pay an additional $200 if I wanted my Father to be cremated in a suit. My family do not live in the same state as my father and asked if I can say out good byes before the cremation. The coordinator said that we can pay $350 and we can have 10 mins to say our good byes before the cremation. I asked if a Catholic priest can bless the body and the Coordinator told us that will be an additional $350. My family can't make any flight arraignments because we don't know when or what the next steps are.
I have asked the office if there was anyone else that can help and I am told that he is the "Director" and is the only person that can help me. It's bad enough to lose a love one, but to not have the guidance or help from the funeral coordinator is unacceptable!

Trident Society took $2600 cash from my grandparents in 2016. This was supposed to cover cremation, any sort of transportation needed etc. I didnt end up using the service for either one Of my grandparents as I wasnt aware that they had paid for this. I found the Trident Paperwork after both had passed it took me almost 2 months to get my refund and I received $652, according to Trident the transportation and commemorative items were non refundable. We never used the cremation or transportation services and I dont recall my grandparents receiving their commemorative items but I could be mistaken on that part. How many families has Trident taken advantage of in these situations? Hundreds I bethow many unused services has Trident kept the money for? Another issue I have is I was able to take care of both my grandparents final arrangements in 2020 & 2023 for less than what they paid in 2016 for ONE!!! How is that possible? My grandpa passed during the height of Covid in 2020 and my grandma in 2023 after inflation, increase of minimum wage etc. How can these people take advantage of senior citizens like they do? They go door to door and sell them a bunch of overpriced c*** that never ends up being used. Absolutely unacceptable.

This company dropped the ball after I signed the agreement. They stopped withdrawing my payments from my bank as planned and after months of this, when I noticed it, i called to find the person who answered the phone "unable to fix this." I then wrote an email and a woman who said she was a "coordinator" said it was my fault they hadn't done anything about my account. and hung up without result. The lack of care or personnel at the Rancho Mirage office was a signal that the management was severely lacking. This is not the company i want to handle my remains after my demise. I wrote a letter, to the Rancho Mirage office with a copy to my attorney, telling them I want no more to do with such incompetence, and signed it. In response, I got a formal billing statement for the whole amount with several hundred dollars more than my original contract. I am prepared to lose the money I have already paid through auto pay, but this, total lack of professional attention until now, and the rude overlooking of of my request to terminate the contract in writing, proves there is nobody there at all who gives a hoot about a customer once the agreement is sealed. I wonder if there is anyone who actually works at that particular office, or if I was speaking to the janitor who happened to be there when I called. I want nothing more to do with this fake front for a real company. and I am ready to spend a lot more money on legal fees if necessary to make them forget me, honestly and truly in the real sense of forgetting a client..
