    I am extremely disappointed with my experience with ACE Educational Supplies and also doing business as Teacher Tools Inc. I placed multiple online orders for school supplies 3-7 weeks ago and have yet to receive any update on there status. Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service via email, I have not received a single response. This lack of communication is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction. As a homeschool parent preparing for the upcoming school year, this delay has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I relied on ACE/Teacher Tools to provide essential items for my child's education, only to be let down by their incompetence in fulfilling orders and addressing customer inquiries. I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider purchasing from ACE/Teacher Tools until they improve their shipping processes and customer service responsiveness. It's disappointing to see a company neglect their responsibilities and fail to uphold basic standards of service. My experience with ACE/Teacher Tools has been nothing short of frustrating, and I regret trusting them with my business.
