    This company seems to billed my husband for a anesthesiologist charge from a surgery in last December. The bill was promptly paid when charged against his insurance. Yet, the company keeps sending him collection charges and threats and you can never reach anyone in the ****************** of clear the situation. When you look at their rating on line - of one to one point three (client ratings) - there is a consistent pattern of this type of behavior - Being billed, bill being satisfied , being rebilled consistently , and being threatened with collection action - with NO accountability. The company Anesthesiology Associates of Tallahassee, ******* has NO local number - you only get this Envision Health Billing line- Rather you call any number given It appears to be a billing scam ! I contacted the company several time and was advised to send a email to an agent Our insurance company has paid what is allowable on my behalf. And yet, it is not officially acknowledged as PAID. Other customers have listed that this company will come back years after the billing dispute and file a negative credit report against them. That should be fraudulent - if not illegal.

    Reviewed the account and the date of service in question was processed by the patient insurance. The explanation of benefits states the patient is responsible for the balance being billed. We requested from the patient and spouse, to contact the insurance company and request a new explanation of benefits. As a courtesy to the patient, we placed the account on hold, and we will contact the insurance to verify the patient responsibility. Once we have an update, we will contact the patient to the number on file.
