    On July 30, 2024 I went for an eyebrow refresh and ate an appointment Miami Brow Fix ( not found in your data bank ) with ******** *****.Was charged $450, for that session. When leaving I noticed that both eyebrows didn't look same shape and height, mentioned to ******** who said:It needs to heal, so I went home and after the healing process they where still not same shape or even worse on side is misshapen, been also one higher than the other.I made a the second appointment because I wanted to give an opportunity to explain.She said we needed to do another session and wanted to charge an other $200.I didn't do the second session, as no confidence in her dreads technique.After a couple of days, I requested by text for her to give me 50% back from the amount paid $450 as I now have to look for a eye brow professional.She says the price I paid was $200 (I have all this in written) - I actually went to confirm my credit card statement and i did pay $450.This complain is about a person that is doing loops on trying this dread technique and probably charging by the clients face.Also she became very aggressive on my refund request and said that she did my eyebrows because nobody would touch them.What was never spoken or mentioned about as that fact never existed, very aggressive and out of line and unprofessional.

    I empathized with Maryams frustrations regarding your eyebrows that had previously been scarred by another artist. You came to me to do a coverup of the previous work. 
    At your initial appointment in July 2024 I carefully explained the reality that scarred skin from prior work can have different results when healing, including rejecting ink. I detailed the plan to work carefully and be conservative on gradually working our color choice considering the unusual circumstances of the scarring. I also explained that you would need a touch up in 4-6 weeks and that after the first application we could go darker and perfect the shape pending the outcome of the healing. You acknowledged your understanding and gave your signed, voluntary and informed consent to all things listed above.  
    After 4 weeks I reached out to you to schedule your touch up. You then came in for the touch up mid September 2024 and I acknowledged that one side had healed while the other side only half healed. Not once was it ever expressed at any of the appointments that they were misshapen. In fact you left the first appointment very happy with the results. At your touch up appointment I explained that I would remap them and apply a second round of ink so they would keep the shape we agreed upon and since one side rejected the ink it would require a third round which would be free of charge. 
    You had requested for me to remove the ink. I explained that I could only remove the ink I applied and that I could not remove what the prior artist had done. I then removed my ink leaving you with exactly what you came in with.  
    Months later you started texting me with harassing messages. Even going as far to mention my family in your messages which youve never met. Thats when I told you to stop sending me harassing messages or I would get local authorities involved. I did reach out to our local *** and gave them your information and an account of these events. 
    I stand by my work and believe in handling clients and their satisfaction with the utmost professionalism, detail and honesty. I have been open and transparent with you from our first consultation about expectations versus the reality of your situation with previous work leaving damage to this sensitive area of skin. Communications could not continue between us the moment your messages began taking a negative personal connotation towards me despite my efforts to help you. 
    Pricing is clearly disclosed on my website and hasnt changed since Ive opened my doors. 
    I have pictures, consent forms, texts and security footage of our interactions.
