I am filing a formal complaint against ******* *******, who is not only a Realtor at United Realty Group (License **********, but also my landlord, for severe negligence, unethical practices, and retaliation.Upon move-in (June 2023), unresolved mold issues remained despite assurances of remediation. A recent professional inspection confirmed persistent mold growth due to inadequate, potentially unlicensed and unpermitted repairs. Health impacts from mold exposure have been medically documented by multiple doctors. ******* also neglected a 30-year-old water heater, causing two severe floods (most recently Dec 31, 2024), leaving me without running water for five days. Today, in response to legitimate complaints filed with multiple agencies, her attorney issued retaliatory threats of eviction and financial penalties. Additionally, ******* holds multiple conflicting roles (landlord, HOA President, Realtor), creating a clear conflict of interest that negatively impacts ethical accountability.Kalpanas ongoing negligence, unethical retaliation, and serious conflict of interestas a landlord, HOA President, and licensed Realtor affiliated with United Realty Groupnot only violate professional integrity and client trust but also starkly contrast with United Realty Group's mission "to enhance the communities in which we live and work through good citizenship, volunteer services, and social responsibility." Her actions are also directly inconsistent with the company's core values of Integrity ("We treat each other and our partners fairly"), Excellence ("consistently surpassing expectations"), and ***************** ("positive contributor to communities"), thereby tarnishing the reputation and ethical standards of United Realty Group.I respectfully request the brokerage address these concerns immediately to uphold the professional standards expected by clients and the broader community.

We are very sorry that you are having issues in your rental unit. ******* ******* is the owner of the unit and responsible for the condition of the unit. Any issues you may have as a tenant are to be taken up with the Landlord.

As an agent with United Realty Group, ******* ******* is to conduct herself in the highest of integrity in the conduct of her real estate transactions. I have not heard any comments that indicate that she failed in the real estate agent activities when the lease was started in 2023 or the renewal in 2024.

I have spoken with ******* ******* and she is working to satisfy any issues the tenant may have.

This company represented the seller. The agent (***** ****) likely never read the contract. On 4/10 we signed an addendum to agree to a one week leaseback to the seller, if they needed it. The original contract stated that if the leaseback was contingent on the seller providing lease with proposed terms, within five days of the signed contract (also on 4/10). and then we (the buyer) would have the opportunity to accept, amend or reject the terms. On 4/29 the sellers agent, United gave a verbal they would be staying for a week and not turning over the keys at closing (contract breech 1). In addition, they would not agree any terms in writing nor to a walk through after they vacate the premises. We (buyers) had to pay for an attorney review the contract to ensure we were correct in our assessment that not getting keys, and not getting anything in writing would put us at great risk. If the seller decided not to ever leave, we would be stuck evicting them. The agent created a risk for us. She insisted that the adendum to least back was the agreement, however it was an agree to agree statement with no terms. We declined to renew the expired (exp on 4/15) amendment, since there were no leaseback terms delivered. Following this, the agent, *********, informed the seller that we were breaking the agreement instead of going back to read it, which caused a lot of seller anger. She played the blame game through 6 amendments where we attempted other accomodations requested. We offered the seller more time to close, more time to collect their things etc. without a leaseback. ********* misrepresented every agenda and inflamed the seller. It caused a more problems, including that the seller damaged the property intentionally, and breeched the contract again (breech 2 and 3) by removing items that were in the contract to remain. ***** stood behind the sellers decisions for breeches, claiming "as is" excused the seller from intentional damage. She should lose her license.

We are very sorry that the buyer was not pleased with the actions of our realtor who was representing the seller not the buyer.

In the end, there was no post occupancy, therefore, no need for a lease.

The buyer did a walk through the day of closing and found some issues that they were compensated for with a credit from the seller at closing. There was no mention of intentional damage to the property.

******* contacted me directly without going through my real estate agent first. Then she proceeded to berate me and tell me that she is not going to **************** to qualified buyers because she simply wouldnt make enough commission on the sale. If you know anything about real estate the agents always make money off of sales and its a large amount of money and so this greedy agent really should not be a real estate agent anymore. She behaves on ethically, and should never of contacted me without my agent being present

This is not the type of response that we expect from our agents. We have spoken with the agent and she deeply regrets her actions and has assured us that this will not happen again. We strive to provide excellent and ethical service to all our clients and those of other real estate agents.

Again, we apologize for the actions of our agent.
