    I HAD THE ***** OF MY HOUSE REDONE WITH NEW LANDSCAPING. THE OWNER'S NAME ******** HAS NOT COME BACK TO FINISH THE **** HE WAS SUPPOSED TO COME BACK AND FINSH THE *** LANDSCAPING AFTER I PAID HIM THE FULL AMOUNT HE NEVER RETURNED TO FINISH. I HAVE CALLED FOR 2 WEEKS WITH NO RESPONSE AND WHILE THAT WAS HAPPENING ONE OF THE 4 TREES HE INSTALLED IS DYING AND HE HAD PROMISED ME A 30DAY GURANTEE. ON IT I HAVE CALLED EVERY DAY WITH NO RESPONE I WOULD APPRECIATE IF HE WOULD COME BACK AND FINISH WHAT I PAID FOR ALSO PRESSURE CLEAN THE *** DRIVEWAY THAT HE LEFT A MESS ON.

    *********** job has been completed, there was no warranty on the trees, anytime you get warranty it is in a contract which there is no warranty. I was never notified of any dying tree either way and everything has been completed, if you would like his driveway pressure clean I am willing to do that however everything is been completed and he has no contract stating a warranty.

    I went by the property the tree is not dying and driveway was not a mess. Pictures to prove. Is this how you take care of business owners this is ridiculous for people that want things for free. You are suppose to protect business owners as well especially when a customer is lying. Pictures attached!

    He was recommended  to us so we had a trust in his landscaping ability, We asked for 6-7 foot ********* Palm Trees  

    He never told  me that he only had 3 foot trees not 6-7 as per agreement.. He told us they were 6 ft palm trees we had 2 

    other landscapers stop by and they both told us these were 3 ft palms and they took off the stems to make tree bark  look 

    higher. I paid him in full 16k  before he was done cause he told me he would be back to finish the rest of lanscaping!

    its been over a month and he still has not come back to finish so now i would like my money back for ****************************

    palm trees that he told me were guaranted for 1 year ! He never put soil in the island with the trees. But i know by his dishonesty he will not make it right for this 

    72 yr old man that he took advange of.. ! AS per the pictures you will see they are not 6 ft per our agreement..

    I am rejecting this response because:he defenitely gave me a warranty on the 4 tress he installed !

    He is very untrustworthy and i wish i never hired someone like him who says something to you 

    to get the job done (warranty) on trees and does not follow thru!!!!
