      I have had issues with this company for the second year in a row!! I recently went to pick up 8 skirts for my daughters which were left there after purchasing to have their school name embroided on them as the school requires this, and one has the name embroided on the back of the skirt and the other had the name half faded off! So I leave those two to be fixed and I have called everyday to see what is going on if they are ready and nobody answers the freaking phone at this place!!!!!! I call 8 times today and multiple times someone answered and put me straight to hold them , another call they hung up on me! This is absolutely ridiculous I talked to corporate on Monday and the lady says sue **** the manager of this store to call me and let me know about my order being fixed and Ive heard NOTHING! I should not have to drive 30 minutes to this place to find out of my order has been fixed!!!!!!
