One star from me. These guys dont keep any parts in stock. Since my issues have been electrical, theyre only replacing things in phases. This has caused my family and I to live in a hot house for way too long. There are 330 houses in my neighborhood with the same unit, they cant keep a compressor in stock? This is ridiculous logistics and management. Now they have to send a tech out for numerous visits and when its all said and done, they will have cost themselves more money in the end. I told them that with this surge/explosion issue, the compressor will be bad too, but did they listen? Nope! But now theyre going to replace the compressor since fixing the wiring didnt solve the problem. These guys should be embarrassed that an amateur could run this business better than they do. Also, they leave the user manual and warrantee paperwork in a plastic bag in the electrical compartment. Thats what caused this in the first place. It caused an arc and blew up my unit. These guys are no good. Proceed with caution with these guys.

I had a very disappointing experience with Engineered Air, and I strongly recommend staying away from companies that operate like this. When I called regarding ongoing issues with my ** system, which was installed during a new construction by the builder, I encountered extreme rudeness from their supervisor, *****. Instead of answering a few simple questions I had, she was dismissive and unhelpful, giving me the impression that customer service is not a priority for this company. If this is how they treat customers with basic inquiries, I can only imagine the lack of support one would receive if there were bigger issues. It's important to choose a company that values their customers and provides respectful service, which is not what I experienced with Engineered Air. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for ** services.

This system was installed in 2018 as part of a project of hundreds of new townhomes and apartments.  We have never been called for service on the customer's system since it was installed, nor during the warranty period which was for either one or two years.  We have never received a call for service on this home since the startup which was 10/20/2018,  The customer's complaint was that he had high humidity in his apartment and he wanted to know about all of the other complaints we have had from the project. Our call taker advised that she could not give him that information, but we would be happy to set up a service call for him for our standard service fee to determine what might be causing his problem.  He refused and told our call taker that he would blast her all over the Google.  This is the only contact we have had with the owner.  We did not sell him anything nor have a transaction with him.  We installed his system  as a subcontractor for the builder.

Our builder used them to install our HVAC system, and weve had problems with the units not cooling our brand new house. Then only a year and a half in and our a/c unit started to leak water. After speaking with them to come look at our a/c unit and them agreeing to put us on a service plan and only charge us for the service plan they charged us for a service fee and also used our shop vac without asking to use it and ruined it. Very unprofessional and difficult company to work with.

I have used Engineered Air for several years. They are always there for me. Dennis and his office staff are knowledgeable, personable and courteous. The technicians (especially Ezra) are well trained and answer my 101 questions without hesitation! I would recommend them to anyone looking for an ac company!
