      first time using Lindstrom air, the experience is overall good but nobody called. I dont know if theyre supposed to call when they came to tell when they come nobody called. The estimate guy showed up. He didnt know what he was doing. He said that I was paying for 36 months. It was a 60 month. I was told that they use a certain company for financing and they use a different one, but overall, it was a good experience.

      I had a new HVAC system installed by Lindstrom, and the experience has been extremely frustrating due to both poor workmanship and a lack of accountability.During the install, Lindstrom failed to reconnect the fresh air damper that was part of my original system (likely code-required, as the home was built in 2013). This issue was caught by the city inspector during the final permit inspection, who told me Lindstrom would be required to fix it in order to close the permit.When I called Lindstrom, they sent a supervisor who incorrectly told me the motor was dead and blamed the water buildup on a possible roof leak.I then hired a licensed roofer and a second ************ (Air Ref) to investigate. The roofer found no issues, and Air Ref confirmed that the motor was fully functional. The actual problem was that Lindstrom had simply failed to wire the system properly during installation. I ended up paying over $300 out of pocket to fix something Lindstrom should have diagnosed and resolved themselves.Despite multiple calls and emails, no one from Lindstroms management ever got back to me. I was told their installation manager, ******, would contact mebut he never did. The only person who communicated with me at all was ***, the original salesperson who gave me the estimate. He eventually told me a refund would be issued, but even after that, Ive received nothing.Bottom line: The installation was sloppy, the diagnosis was incorrect, and the customer service from the management team was nonexistent. I would not recommend Lindstrom based on this experience.

      Lindstrom is a very professional and friendly business. My ac stopped working. A appointment was set up to get it fixed. I already had an appointment scheduled for the day after for my six month maintenance. They did the maintenance on the same as the scheduled repair . By completing the maintenance and repair on the same day it saved me the cost of a repair visit since the maintenance was part of my maintenance contract. This was something they did on their own without me asking. I would would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a of an ac company.

      The last service I received from ********** was top tier. The AC Technician was very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and concerns. When cleaning out my Air conditioner he proceeded to educate me along the way. I would say this was by far the best service Ive ever received. Thank you!

      We purchased/had installed a new AC unit in 6/2024 (costing us $9,000). Within the first month, we had to call Lindstrom air due to excessive condensation and clogged lines twice). In 1 year we had the unit, we had issues with the drainage lines clogging multiple times, their own technicians stating that the drainage line was too long and some mentioning this was a common problem. Fast forward to 6/20/25 8am, I called Lindstrom air as our AC was not functioning since the night (around 10/11pm). The woman I spoke to was very short with me when I asked for the soonest appt which was 6/21/25. I had asked if there was anything sooner and she asked me why I didn’t call them sooner. I accepted the appt and asked to be called if anything sooner became available. At 10am I received a call from another woman from Lindstrom air stating that after speaking to my husband they would be able put us in between 11am/1pm that day however I would be charged at least $99 for diagnostics and then the service minus the $99 as we are outside our first year. I explained to her that our AC was placed 6/2024 and that we believe the problem is the pipe being clogged again as it has done so many times in the past. Their team just came out in March for scheduled maintenance which I keep on top of. Their technician came and unclogged the system like we anticipated and charged us $251. He stated that this is a common problem due to humidity (WE LIVE IN FLORIDA). With Lindstrom you will pay $9000 for a brand new unit, be informed of issues after the fact, ie lines too long/frequent clogging resulting in non-functioning AC (especially in the summer due to humidity), and then be charged $251 to fix. They replaced a unit from 2008 that I only had to service once in the 5 years I owned it. This is utterly disappointing and feels like *******/******. BEWARE, you may think you’re upgrading with Lindstrom, but you’re actually setting yourself up for an expensive quarterly “fix” on that brand new unit.
