  My point of contact, ****, was EXTREMELY helpful in navigating healthcare plans. Over the course of several days and multiple calls, he kindly walked me through my options, verified doctors and coverage, and provided excellent overall customer service. He went above and beyond to help my family and me find the best coverage at the best rate. I truly appreciate his time, his talents, and his professionalism.

  ******* was FANTASTIC, she listened to my frustrations and concerns over a $656.00 bill I was going to be responsible for. She advocated for me that I shouldnt have to pay for this, she spoke to the doctors office billing department and claims on my behalf to help ease stress off me. She is a great asset and really goes the extra mile to help her members. She should be recognized for her amazing efforts!

  I recently purchased this plan on 6/6/25 and have been having great difficulty getting information on how to utilize coverage for my prescriptions. I've called several times, and ****, the agent I spoke with today, was clear and professional. She answered many of my questions regarding this plan's coverage, specifically on the medications. Other people were less helpful and did not listen to me or answer my questions. ****, however, did listen, and she even helped me by sharing her experience in finding an individual plan. I was all but ready to cancel this plan, but after speaking with **** in regards to her personal experience, I believe that this plan is workable. Just need to find out how to better utilize the discount card for my prescriptions. Thank you so much ****. I appreciate your help today. ***** *. :)

  They deserve a negative Zero rating. They are a ****... I had to cancel my debit card and put in a dispute with my bank. Unfortuntely they seemed legitmate until I received the email stating the insurance plan was **********.. *************** NO ********** insurance exists that I can find. DO Not do business with ***! When you call the number the "licensed agent" called from it says number does not exist. When I called the "customer service" number provided to tell them I stopped payment and wanted to cancel the person was rude and tried to defend that they are a "broker" and not an insurance company, they just sell the plans. So everything they told me was a lie, and when rebutted with facts about not finding Sigma he said it was part of ********** Blue Shiled, and when I said I looked up to see if Sigma was aceepted at my hospital or doctors office and they did not even list a ***** he said that it wasn't his fault, even thought the "licenesed agent" assured me it was accepted at 80% of all doctors and hospitals "nationwide"... DO NOT believe them. Unfortuntely I gave them my *** becau sethey said they were part of ***************, they are NOT!.. and because I gave them my SSN I had to file a complaint with *************** and put a put a freeze on my credit.. So frustrated I fell for this.

  Poor customer service. Several of the representatives were very rude. One of my doctors called them to see if my insurance covered their services and they were told it didnt even though it did I ended up having to 3 way call the insurance company with my doctor just so they could confirm my insurance. The way they handled things made it difficult to get to use my insurance and none of the doctors I used were familiar with them and were very skeptical of the company which made getting appointments set up very difficult I would not recommend this insurance to anyone in fact I strongly advise everyone to stay far away

  If I could give them a 0 rating, I would! Do NOT sign up with them!!!! I paid money for insurance then when they sent information it was a supplemental deal not major medical coverage. Called to cancel the next day and they tell me someone will call me in 3-5 days to submit a refund. I have called everyday since which I get the same response. Expect today, which is day 4, they tell me it is day 3. Liars, scam artists, and incredibly RUDE!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!
