To The Owner,My name is ******************************* a lien client with their company since 11/1/2021. Recently my car was repossessed. On the date of 2/27, I was sent an email by ********************* margate office. She explained to me about not having insurance on my car and my contract. On 4/5, I sent an email corresponding back to ******* why I had not had insurance since end of February. I was behind on payment for just 1 month a this current month which I had mentioned to pay on 4/19 as stated in the email to *******, which according to them they never received. I never received a response thinking I was acknowledged and their colleagues read their emails. Especially one as important as Insurance and Payment of ****** to put me back on track with the financial institution. My car was stationed in a warehouse for over 4-5 months of which I have proof with my businesses alongside the warehouse. Due to license being suspended fighting a DUI case that I won which put me in Jail. In knowing, I had no license, and ***** cancelled my policy, which was the reasoning for me not having coverage because of my case in February. Since I won my case I needed to go to the *** with the letter from court, of reinstatement. I had to pay to save my life and record to my esquire *********************** *******. On the morning of 4/18, this company, repossessed my vehicle outside of my warehouse. Thankfully, never worried for I did not need it for use at all as I havent, in 4-5 months still paying their institution. Although, yes I know I was late, its not like I never paid in a year an a half now. When I called in to find out why my car was towed, I was transferred to ******* the office manager who was extremely rude and very unprofessional in her approach in overseeing the business, discriminated by saying I was a criminal an I could have forged the dates on a correspondence email. I am an Optician that works in *****. Taking care of the High End patients alongside one the best Eye Doctors in Florida.

Premier auto finance is sorry that ******************** feels the way he does however Premier had requested insurance since 2/18/23.Premier takes insurance very serious and when we did speak to ******************** called Premier on 2/27/23 to make a payment we advised then that his account was placed for collections due to no insurance and could not cancel that unless insurance was sent ******************** advised he new the laws and could have no insurance for 30 days we did send ******************** a copy of his contract on 2/27/23. ******************** new Premier was requesting the insurance. Once the vehicle was repossessed for no insurance and 2 payments past due ******************** called our office several times stating he needed the vehicle he was trying to get his life on track ******************** did forward Premier an email he sent to *******. Premier explained to ******************** that Premier did not receive that email and he should have followed up with Premier to even see if that would be accepted by Premier since we have been requesting insurance since 2/18/2023. Premier requested ******************** send the insurance he advised he had the insurance ******************** sent which was just a quote, once Premier advised ******************** it was just a quote not insurance ******************** sent state required insurance and not full coverage with comp / ******** which was DONE after repossession.  Premier also notice that ******************** DL is still suspended. ******************** spoke to a few reps and advised that Premier is ruining his life and advised that Premier is broke and needs his car. It is not Premier's practice to just repossess cars however we requested insurance since 2/18/23 and could no long take the risk of an insurance loss. Please see attached copy of Gecio policy showing policy canceled since 2/18/223 and messages sent requesting insurance and payment. Please note Premier does have payment histories and copy of insurance quote that was sent and DL however for Privacy issues Premier will not upload.  Note the Geico policy and messages uploaded had some information blocked out for privacy issues.

    sincerely,

    Premier Auto Finance
