    Worst experience of my life. I was targeted by who was supposed to be my leadership team from my 3rd day and it never ended, only got worse. Wildly inappropriate 1-2-1 sessions with the marketing director after the marketing manager took an instant dislike to me. Extremely unethical, poor leadership, and no excuse for this behavior in the workplace in 2024. Unfortunately, I wasnt the first target and likely wont be the last. The company talk about positive culture yet these two are enabled to openly treat new employees like this. Both openly discussed firing someone at the table at our team dinner and I was fiercely take aback by this. I was so uncomfortable I left. Such a shame because the rest of the company team seems very nice.
