    Went under contract with a deposit for a fence 2 months ago, with the expectation of a 3 month time frame, 2 months of waiting later they decided to call me to cancel my project with some excuse about not doing work in *********** due to ownership change. They never even ordered my product and im finding out now 2 months later. They should do the job and honor what my contract originally stated and put a rush on it to make up for their internal issues

    We explained we don't work in ******** this time. The contract was signed after the valid period it was written. We did have a change of ownership and unfortunately we just realized this. We don't even have the manpower to help at this time as this would be for a single person and we no longer have that individual. We offered a refund which was accepted. If customer would like us to try and update the contract to allow for us to send our two to three man crews out to complete, we can price based on the labor hours or two men for a day **************. A handyman service would be a more efficient cost effective route. We appreciate the customers understanding.
