5 starsI had a great experience working with Michael for my loan. He did a great job and also answered any questions that I had along the way. He even uses a payment calculator to help me understand extra payments and how they would affect the time it takes to pay off the loan. 2 stars**************** was pleasant but as someone else said these guys just do the same thing you can do with credit karma and bypass their 10.9% fee. Unless you just dont have internet access I dont see who their customers are aside from suckers.Review fromKate S

5 starsI would like to thank **** for an easy transition from the beginning to the end. He walked me through step by step and showed great patience. He even sat on the phone with me when I was in the middle of a battle on Call of Duty. Who does that!? **** ***** does lmao. That's great customer service right there.
