    Was given a quote of $40 to clean the bathroom shower and the sofa estimate would be determined and was charged $500. They arrived late the day if and have still not finished the job. Its constant calling back and forth and excuse like a crisis or the can broke down and theyll come at a later time which never comes and it pushed back to another day. Then they say they did us a favor by charging for the sofa cleaning only and that it was $400 and the shower was free when that is not what was agreed upon. My sisters calls have been forwarded to voicemail. If I could have never hired this unprofessional company I would have saved myself the time and hassle. These people took our money and dont see a need to finish the job they already over charged for. Dont bother with these people as they are scammers.

    I am dissatisfied with the service provided by the company that initially advertised a room cleaning service for $39 but ended up charging me over $2000 for cleaning the room, hallway, and two bathrooms. During the service, one technician abruptly left my apartment to solicit services from my neighbors, leaving the job incomplete. When I contacted the company to address the issue, the person who answered my call responded aggressively and promised to send another technician. However, after following up on the technician's arrival time, I was put on hold and eventually disconnected. Despite my repeated attempts to reach out, the company has been unresponsive for a week since the initial service.

    I do not have address of Vendor and cannot find an address on their web-page.

    I sent my Venmo payment to "************************* at ************"

    I tired calling this number ************ and get voice mail, however I did get through when I was arranging payment.

    web-page number of ************, was answered when I made appointment, however I have called at least 10 times and receive message that voice mail is full.

    The technician who performed the work answered his phone *************) prior to job, however since I complained about spots on my floor, I only receive voice mail and do leave messages with no return call. At least 10 messages have been left. 

    mails with the tile cleaning technician who said he would return and I have received no return call. Florida Perfect Floor has a wonderful web site with guarantees and lots of experience and so on. The web page is not what you get and I cannot contact or locate this company. The website says they will give a Military discount and when I asked I was told they will clean one dirty dinner table chair as the discount. The chair had a spot the size of a quarter and now it has a spot the size of a softball and it is darker. I was also told that the spot would be cleaned again today. When it came to payment I was told in order to not pay taxes I had to pay in cash. I said I could pay with a check and the technician said he could not take my ************ bank check. Then I offered a credit card and he said they do not take credit cards. He suggested that I go to the bank and get cash. I paid $2100 with $540 cash and $1600 with Venmo.
