On March 25, 2025, I was charged $997 by FBAESALES LLC for an automatic course renewal without my explicit consent. At the time of the original purchase, there was no clear or prominent notice that the subscription would renew automatically. On February 19, 2025, I received a promotional message suggesting that I might lose access if I didnt renew. Since I had no intention of renewing, I simply ignored the promotion. However, on March 25, the course was renewed and charged to my card.Only on April 5, two emails were sent indicating that the renewal would happen which was several days after the charge had already occurred. There was no clear instruction on how to cancel the renewal in those messages, nor is it possible to do so from their website. This goes against Mastercard Rule 13.2, which requires merchants to provide advance notice of recurring charges and a simple cancellation method. The company does not provide a visible or accessible cancellation option. I was also copied in an email sent to multiple users, and several of them responded with similar complaints about this unauthorized renewal which shows this is not an isolated incident.Although the contract mentions a 7-day cancellation period after renewal, I was not properly informed in advance to take action, and at no point did I give clear or explicit consent to this charge. This makes the transaction abusive and invalid. I am requesting a full refund of the amount charged.
