  Portable generator services was, thankfully, not like any of the other businesses down here that we have contacted. We were. introduced to our technician, Brian Who called when he was on the way. he explained all of the details in regards to our generator. You could tell right away that he was. very honest and not there to rip you off. He told you and explained how if he was in our situation. You know what he would do? He was an extremely impressive teacher in regards to he didn't just tell us what we had to do. He recorded a video step by step and not only showing us what to do, he made us practice and do it ourselves. Which builds a Memory of what he was teaching us. We went through the steps of. hooking up our. portable generator. correctly using the interlock switch correctly. And then he also gave us the instructions step by step. by step in a file. so that we could save it or print it and put and put it where our our interlock is. He has been. an absolute lifesaver. when it came to finding someone to help with our generator. He was the only business that drove to us. Fixed it right in front of us. and was very welcoming in regard. to being very open to us watching him fix our generator step by step. We learned a tremendous amount from him more than we would have ever imagined. And with that being said, the price is fair But after receiving the expert knowledge that he has his price is cheap. We will be using Brian at our business location and our our house location from here on out every year.

  I called many companies to service my generator. Every company did not want to service my generator and all wanted to sell me a new generator, except Portable Generator Services. A few lawnmower repair companies wanted me to bring in the generator, it's too big to haul. Portable Generator Services came to my home Portable Generator Services said the company does not sell generators, only services them. I was so pleased with the service I received. The price was fair for an expert technician to get my generator running perfectly. ***** was the best, he explained how to use the generator. He is willing to make videos to explain step by step how to use the generator. No other company is willing to do this for **** like that he accepts PAYPAL.***** is very professional. He kept me informed when he would be here. He arrived with everything he needed.

  After calling and calling and calling, no companies wanted to work on my portable generator... I finally found this company and let me just say, the 44+ other reviews stating how professional and nice ***** is, was completely spot on and accurate. I sat with ***** the whole time he was here at my house and we talked about anything and everything, he taught me so much about my generator. Once he fixed everything and it was time to test it, he told me to show him how I usually go through the process of starting it. It started up on the first try!! It has not started that easily in 5 years. He then asked if I would like to do a power simulation to make sure the generator worked and powered what I wanted in my house correctly, and so that he could make sure I was comfortable and knew the correct process of starting and stopping my generator. I can not say enough great things about this young man. I will let all of my neighbors know about his business and if you are in the market to have your generator fixed or have regular maintenance performed, look no further. His prices are the same as the other companies but he drives to you, the other companies wanted me to lug this 300 pound generator to them... NO THANKS. Thank you *****!!
