      Placed an online order for a cabinet on 03/27/2024. Invoice #********* for Order #*********. Credit Card was charged immediately and an invoice was emailed. Have not gotten any sort of update since. Multiple calls, voicemails and emails have not been returned. Looking either for the product ordered or at this point a refund. Is this company even in operation any more?

      They won't ship cabinets that are paid for. We ordered on January 29th, and got a partial shipment in February, They said the 3 cabinets and 2 shelfs are on back order and would ship when they are in stock, according to there web site they have the missing cabinets and self in stock but never shipped them. I asked them about this the 2nd time we spoke and they would not give me a straight answer. I called several times but 99% of the time they wont pick up the phone. I did get them 2 times, both they said they would keep us abreast of the order. I have emailed from my Gmail and there site, There site says they did get the email but no response is ever returned. At this point we are done with this company and just want a refund.

      I ordered a cabinet insert (pull-out shelf) from Nuform on May 11 and never received it. I have called and emailed multiple times with no resolution. I would ideally like the drawer to be shipped to me so I do not have to find another one (the style Nuform has is what I was looking for), but if they cannot ship it to me I will need a refund.

      We ordered new kitchen cabinets and the first order came in damaged. I called and ***** told me to send pictures so we spent a couple hours going through boxes taking pictures, I sent them to her then she emails me back and askes for each photo to have the cabinet number with it. She refunded us ****** for the trouble since she did not ask for the photos to be in a specific format the first time. we spent another 3 hours going though boxes and adding numbers to pictures. They asked for more pictures and we took the time to go thought the boxes again and sent more pictures. Almost a month later replacements arrived. They arrived damaged again. I sent pictures and they asked for specific numbers but they were so poorly packaged and had no invoice I had no idea what was what. They sent an invoice and we went back though the replacements and identified each one damaged. At this point we were told that some of the damaged areas would be up against another cabinet we could just hide that.. We responded with the reminder we purchased new cabinets not damaged we paid full price and would not be hiding anything. We have fallen 2 months behind on our renovation and lost electrician and others that were all lined up because of the long delay. We ask them for a finial resolution based on the fact we do not expect more replacements to arrive in any batter condition. We requested the main warranty to stay in place for the future and for a refund of 30% of our total purchase price. We believe this is a fair resolution for the time and trouble we have had. We will use with the pieces we have and make it work. We just cannot continue to delay our project. They offered 2.5% refund or the kitchen sink for free or to continue to send replacements. Which we do not see arriving in any better condition considering how poorly they are packaged. I have attached a lot of photos of the damaged cabinets and most of the correspondence. If more is required please le me know.

      I placed an online cabinet order for $1683 on 7/17/22 (Nuform Cabinetry receipt [#****-6969). I contacted the business MULTIPLE times between August and today, asking for an update on my order and, due to only ONE reply, seeking a refund on the total purchase due to Nuform not being able to provide an ETA from its supplier. No cabinets have been sent to my address. I am asking for that refund but I continually get no replies to my email contacts or customer service form inquiries. All calls but one has landed to a voicemail. I have called ************ and the one advertised on their website and their orders: ************.**** apparently is the ONLY person who can handle online cabinet orders. He is notoriously away from the phone or never calls back. The company needs to vamp and review their customer service procedures, for sure. Meanwhile, credit me the funds for the product never received and supply an email-based refund receipt.
