    I contacted Accurate Land Surveyors as a returning customer on *********** for additional work.I was told by **** the receptionist the service Im requiring is very simple and they dont have to be onsite, it will be done in office as I provided the original documentation and it was a simple proposed drawing that would take couple of weeks.I followed up with **** on 5-30-2025 and was told that she is going to put in an urgent ticket, then again on 6-5-2025 and was told by **** that she is going to put in an urgent ticket.I mentioned to her that she was supposed to put in an urgent ticket on 5-30-2025.I followed up again on 6-6-2025 and again on 6-11-2025 when I was told by **** that it is going to be completed and mailed to me on Friday 6-13-2025.I followed up again with **** on Friday 6-13-2025 at &:00 pm since didnt receive what I was promised.I followed up again on 6-17-2025 as **** stopped answering my emails, so I called and ***** answered the phone, supposedly he is the owner or the guy in charge.I was told by ***** that he is looking into it and he will call me that night to give me an update and I should receive it by the end of this week which is today 6-20-2025.First ***** never called me that day, I emailed **** this morning asking for an update, I am attacheing to thi emial a copy of the back and forth ********* of this hour 5:45 pm on Friday 6-20-2025 I have not received anything nor heard from ***** or ****.

    This business is still active and NOT out of business as stated.

    I have uploaded a full email conversation with them to prove that they are in business, also I'm attachning most recent invoice that was paid as well as a credit card form.

    On 09/13/2023 we paid Accurate Land Surveyors to do a survey of our property at *****************************************************************. One of their employee visited our property after several call to them because they did no turn up as per the appointment date given. to date whe have not been able to get the report and we have made several call to their office and they promises at first several times that we would receive it within several days of call. ******** started to tell us that the owner had it on his desk to sign off on and they would call us back and they never did. Today we called again after calling every week and now I am told that the managers are out to lunch and we would have to call them back. This is after having been calling them every week when the promised report has not been received. I think they are not an honorable company and fear we will never get our report or a refund at this time.
