    This *** store and its owner is an abomination to decency, service, and caring about the customer is non existent or evident!! Prices out of control as well. Short quick answers to any concerns and no smiles no care about anything. Now for the latest and last experience with a person who may be the owner named *************************, this is over the top and not excusible and i will never ever be back! This guy is the worst i have ever encountered in a customer service venue! I went in with a document to be notarized and it is advertised on their site they notarize documents you can read it, trusts , etc. I had a social security benefit letter to be notarized for a **** in process. This moron, just quickly says " what am i notarizing" after i clearly said my social security letter, he said again but what am i notarizing and you have not signed it or there is no signature." So i signed the front of my letter and he quickly stamps it, scribble his initial i guess, charges me $10 and i asked, " is that it? This is done properly?" Yes he says. But is all bull!! He did no Notary statement on the doc of mine, and this is a necessary!! The **** of ***** rejected his Notary Stamp and returned it to me causing harmful delays to me, and the costs to me a total loss. $10 for notary lost! $ ***** priority mail to *********** lost!!! I did not ask for my total loss only for him to refund my $10 notary fee since he just rushed it and had no stamp or attachment to put on my document as required!! He would not refund even my $10!!! Now i must *** him in small claims court but i am retired and that is $55!! What a piece of work, this guy should not be in business serving the public!! My personal opinion of him will not be voiced here as it would be disturbing to some. Thank God for Karma and I really need to move on! But beware! If you have important documents and you let this guy notarize them you may find yourself in court defending his lousy work or worse!!

    I met owner Mr ***** and he went above and beyond to assist me. My mother is handicapped so he came outside to my car and took care of her notary. I can't explain how great customer service Mr. ***** and his employees at this location has provided me. Very professional and helpful!

    Terrible service . Poor customer service dont know how to speak with customers . Charge you for boxes for returns even though you dont need them . Everything is over priced. He makes *** look real bad . I will never spend another ***** there . I use to go there for Convenience but not anymore I will go to the post office
