    I signed up for ************** with 100% coverage for dock-to-dock towing for repairs. Your service provider stated they could not safely tow my vessel without using 2 tow boats, but you did not cover 100% of the cost, you would only pay for 1 of the 2 tow boats. Nowhere in the agreement does it indicate you will not allow the use of 2 tow boats where safety requires it, as confirmed by your own towboat captain. Your captain stated towing in the river for a vessel as large as mine required 2 tow boats and he would not perform the service with just one. For some reason 100% coverage means 50% coverage with *******Your sales documentation says you will cover 100%. Your written service agreement says you will pay for the cost of towing. Your actual payment was for half of the cost of the *********** do you call yourself covering the cost of towing if the amount you allow for does not allow a vessel to be safely towed?This is the type of thing that gives insurers a bad name, destroys confidence and goodwill toward insurers, and leaves your shortchanged customers angry.
