    I signed a contract with the company in January with an expected delivery date that I was told that I needed to be ready to receive a product by middle to the end of March. This meant that I needed to have my property prepped and ready with concrete padding done to be able to put the structure at this company was building for us onto. I was even told that if I did not meet my deadline that we were going to be charged an additional fee for the company holding the building for us past that March deadline. I proposed all of our future deadlines off of the timeline that Atlantic Steele gave me and yet we did not even receive the blueprints to be able to break ground and get permits before March came and went. By April 1, we had already fixed the blueprints that were sent to us that were wrong and on approximately April 20 were resent the exact same ones that were still wrong to find out that the employee working with us had held onto the blueprints that were correct for over 20 days while telling us that they were so busy that they couldnt get the blueprints and we were just waiting on them, but they were dated April 1 that they were fixed. For the last four months, I have been lied to by every person I have talked to, and even tried to be sold the same building at almost half the price while waiting for this building to be done.

    On 8/24/24 I paid for 3 skylights $2486 Were supposed to be delivered on 9-20-24, were not received with the rest of the building. Called to let them know. Told me it might take months to get them. Now they are Refusing to respond to my emails. They may be responsible for additional expenses to get the contractors back out to install them. Im afraid Im going to get burned.
