      They respected my time and space. Showed up early, worked without distractions, and took real care with every item. Lifting was done safely and with strategy. Delicate things got double wrapping. Their consistency throughout the day never wavered. Honestly, I was impressed.

      I had three flights of stairs and no elevator. Not once did I hear a complaint. They worked in rhythm, helped one another, and stayed focused. Heavy furniture, odd angles, narrow stairwellsit didnt shake their pace. That attitude spoke volumes about their professionalism.

      Used ramps to load the larger pieces without dragging. Thats not something every company does. Shows they think about long-term damage. Even the legs of my dining chairs were protected. That was good to see.

      The truck was organized like a warehouse diagram. Heavy at the base, light on top. MASTERFUL PACKING if Ive ever seen it. Not a squeak or rattle on the road. Unloading felt just as balanced. Like a reversal of the same clean plan. Thats real expertise.

      The team handled my awkward L-shaped couch with ease. It didnt fit through the main door, but they figured out a window route without drama. Took it apart, brought it through safely, reassembled flawlessly. Thats the kind of problem-solving I didnt expectand really appreciated.
