    Originally about a week before my move I spoke with ******** and told him that my arrival date from ********* to *********** would be on Wednesday, June *********************************************************** on time that the pick up will be on Saturday. From there, he also quoted me 3500 as when I originally talked to your company, you guys said you would match the price of another company that I was planning on going with. To my surprise when the movers got to my studio to pick up my stuff, I was completely caught off guard by the fact that my belongings were going to a warehouse to be weighed, as I was never informed whatsoever that that was the process that was going to be used. And it kind of felt like I was in a position where it was like, so are you going to sign the contract or not? Which at that point I really didnt have any other choice as I was leaving in four days so I felt like I was pushed in a corner to even do that and on top of that my quote nearly doubled from what I was originally quoted. I was absolutely not expecting this move to cost me $7000+. Had I known that this was gonna happen I wouldve went with the company that I was originally planning on going with as $7000 in moving expenses was not in my budget at all. Not only that, but after my stuff has been taken, Ive had no contact whatsoever from your company or even leading up to the move. Every step of the way in the past six days Ive had to contact you guys every single day and its very alarming to know that if I had just said nothing I would know nothing for 6 days going on 7. Ive had no answers about where my stuff is or why the price nearly doubled when there was no communication about how your process even worked or what to prepare for even leading up to this move.

    Client provided a detailed inventory in which we provided a price for the cross country move. Upon arrival, the inventory the client wanted to move nearly doubled. The crew provided the customer a new price based on the extra items and asked if she wanted to proceed with the new estimate to bring the extra items she did not originally tell us about. Client agreed to new estimate and crew proceeded. Despite the customer agreeing to the new estimate a $850 discount was provided out of good faith. Client has been delivered within her scheduled delivery window and has solicited negative reviews from her following on social media.  FFMS legal team has been assigned the case and are working to take action against this consumer.

    Its all lies, I just attached photo of the arrival date that was promised and as stated I had to fight tooth and nail to even find out when I was getting all my stuff. The entire way yall operate your business is deceptive, you purposely do quotes over the phone and everything so theres no paper trail or anything and just lie about everything and try to intimidate and silence your customers after you did them wrong. Im talking with lawyers as well and the Florida attorney general.

    Finest Fellas Moving and Storage provided customer an estimate for her move and matched another company's price BASED on the items going. The shipper refuses to believe that if more items are added to the inventory, the price is going to increase. The understanding of how we bill is made very clear and is based on either weight or cubic feet. Finest Fellas moving prices based on weight since we can provide the customer state certified scale tickets to ensure transparency. Upon crew arrival the shipper agreed and executed a revised estimate prior to the loading of the shipment since the crew noticed more items than what was originally quoted. ******* agreed to new charges, and was promptly delivered from ********* OH, to L.A., ** within 10 days. Shipper was given over $800 in discounts out of good faith. The shipper used a social media following to solicit negative reviews from false consumers resulting in the engagement of legal team. At this point, no further resolution is being offered for billing.

    I am rejecting this response because: nothing about the way they conduct business is clear. They did everything over the phone in order not to leave a paper trail. Did not explain anything about their process prior to arrival and completely and totally deceived me with deceptive practices. I would not recommend them to anyone because you will be charged an amount that you were told and you will not get your stuff on time. They told me my stuff would be available June 26 and didnt receive my stuff until July. And from a completely different company. Also they have poor communication, I had to blow them up for weeks to even figure out when I was getting my stuff. Everything about this company is evil and greedy like I said. The Florida attorney general will be in touch with them soon.

    Theyre even lying about the discount I received the ending and outrageous balance was $4238, they gave me $3500 thats $738 not $800+. Over $7000+ for a studio when I was promised my entire move for $3500 is outrageous and deceptive.

    There was damage to my property at pick up location in ct on 5/24/24. A mover put a hole in my ceiling with a headboard. Then at delivery site in **. A mover damage vinyl flooring in my dinning room.

    8/30/2023 Prior to the 8/30/23 move date I contacted what I thought was Established Moving. I had their number in my phone and the guy knew details of the prior move from **********, ** to *************, **. So per our conversation the issue I have is that I hired Established Moving and somehow ended up with Finest Fellas. Finest Fellas charged twice what Established charged me when they moved me twice the distance to *******. When I spoke to the guy who I thought was an employee of Established Moving, he said the cost would be close to what the previous move was at $650. Finest Fellas charged me for 1 hour to drive 3 8 miles which takes 5 - 15 minutes. Finest Fellas charged me $111.00 for fuel to drive 3.8 miles. I feel like I was scammed because I didn't even realize I got the wrong moving company until I looked at the credit card statement months later . I called and spoke to ***** who said he"d research and call me back but I never got a call back. I called them again but ***** wasn't there.

    Customer contacted us through ******** despite the customer being under the impression we were a different company, all confirmation emails, contracts, truck, uniforms have our company logo and name on them. It appears since he paid more than his previous move (even though inflation has caused pricing to increase throughout the entire industry) he wishes he would have used the same company as before. The client was verbally given a quote then signed and acknowledged the contract on the day of agreeing to all charges. Client was billed the same as all moving companies, by the hour, plus travel and fuel surcharge.  The customers charges are as follows: ************** plus one hour travel and 11% fuel surcharge at an hourly rate of $169. Client also added a $60 tip to the bill, totaling $1185.54.

    The company caused damage to my move out residence I filed a damage report and have never bee called. I have called 4-5 times and never received a reply I need someone to go to my former residence and see the damage to the walls and doors and pay me for the expense of fixing the problem.The company has been sent photos of the damage

    I agreed to utilize Finest Fellas under the impression that if I cancel, I am going to be charged $50. I ended up cancelling and was charged $100! I disputed the amount and was told I would get a full refund. This was 2 months ago. I have not received the refund. Everyone says they will help, but it seems like they are passing the "buck." I would like a cash refund. Get it together!!!

    The client had booked a move on January 9th for the next morning (January 10th 8:00am-9:00am arrival) and called on the morning of the 10th to cancel. The $100 deposit was non-refundable. Out of good faith and efforts for 100% customer satisfaction, this deposit has been fully refunded considered closed.

    Finest Fellas Moving and Storage, LLC has not acted in good faith in adherence to their service contract/agreement as it relates to claims for missing and damaged items. I have contacted the Founder directly, on numerous occasions, in an attempt to resolve this matter but he has ignored my attempts for resolution. After my second claim request was submitted by the Founder to their customer service on June 22, 2023, the ********************** service has failed to make any response and take any action. It has been three months since my initial claim was submitted. Based on my personal experience, this company has exhibited unprofessional and unethical business practices which reflects very poorly on their business, and they must be held liable and accountable for not fulfilling their obligation, misrepresentation of services, and breach of contract/agreement.On June 22, 2023, the Founder informed me that my claim was received, and it was being processed through customer service, and to expect a response within 10 14 business days. Despite storage being represented as part of their business, they only provide assistance with renting storage space by reserving a unit for their customers who are responsible for payment to store their property and keys once the items are stored. This company does not provide any overnight, short-term, or long-term storage facilities.I relied on their expertise to acquire a storage unit large enough to house my property. In return, they secured an insufficient 10'x15' storage unit which was only large enough to store about half of my shipment, so I had to purchase another 10'x15' for the rest of my property. My storage bill would have been considerably less than the $773.00 I paid, if my shipment was accurately assessed and one 10'x25' unit was reserved. This company placed me in an unfavorable position of having to pay two separate storage unit fees for an entire month (30-day rental), when I only needed storage for two days.

    I used finest fellas to help me move. They gave me a quote price of $159 per hour with a minimum charge of 1 hour for travel time for drivers. I was charged for (2) hours and was not told anything and not even sent an invoice. I have called and they gave me a run around and said they would call me back but never did. I called them back again asking for an invoice and itemized charges but nothing was sent and again told they would look into it and nothing happened.

    Finest Fellas Moving and Storage along with most moving companies have a minimum charge (traditionally 2 or maybe 3 hours of labor), Finest Fellas Moving and Storage has a minimum charge of 2 hours of labor. Additionally all local moves posses one (1) hour for travel, which is also extremely common in the industry. Client was billed for 2 hours of labor + Travel charge. A 10% discount can be applied and refunded to the customer out of good will.
