    We hired Noya Movers for our move from Brickell (1 bedroom apt) to Pinecrest (2 bedroom apt) on June 5, 2023. Movers showed up late and couldnt finish the move the same day. Anyway, to cut to the chase, movers that came for the move were not competent and appeared to have little to no experience. That resulted in damages to our furniture during the move. We mentioned to the movers several times to be careful since most of our furniture was Italian high gloss white. They were reckless and severely damaged the headboard of my new Italian bedroom set along with the multiple scratches and scuffs on edges and corner of almost all the rest of our furniture (drawers, dresser, nightstand, office desk, etc.). Moreover, they damaged the flooring of our new apartment at a couple locations even after instructing them to lift the furniture rather than dragging it on floor. This was extremely unprofessional and a moving nightmare that we have been through.When expressed this to ****, and after sharing the pictures of damages via text on June 6, 2023, he said that he will send somebody to inspect and repair or open a claim. Since then, hes been avoiding our calls. We called him from another phone number and a lady picked up, she noted down all details and said she will have somebody get back to us and guess what, nothing since. The complete moving experience was made extremely stressful and exhausting for me and my pregnant wife.

    Hello. I haven't hear from the business yet. Complaint in wordings can not justify the damage/ loss they have caused me. It is hard to put everything into words. Therefore I added the attachment with pictures. I would really appreciate if you could look at pictures and ask the moving company to respond to my complaint. Thanks.

    We paid Noya Movers to move ** from south ******* to ********. When we got our boxes on April 3rd our items were infested with roaches. We had to throw away many of our household goods. We called to ask for our refund or the amount of money in damages that we spent and the company has stopped responding. They are not licensed to be movers but pretended they are, and have been very unprofessional. They lied about their identities over the phone and in person on multiple occasions.

    Hello,

    there was bugs at the pick up location where we pick up the furniture and we also notified the customer about the bugs. When we get to the drop off location after unloading the truck, they refuse to pay the remaining balance. They kept the remaining balance saying there was bugs in there furnitures, which was already there when we pick up the furniture at the pick up location.

    The location we moved from was a brand new building. We verified with our last residences and checked their records of fumigation. They did not have any complaints. 

    We were not notified about your findings at the pick up location and your business is not licensed to practice.
