    If there were negative numbers to this rating scale, this company - really a guy named *****- would get it. It galls me to have to give this 1 star. We had a small local move to a storage facility and had 1 item that was extremely fragile. It was a 300 year old grandfather clock from London. I specifically asked if they had expertise with antiques of this age because the clock was valuable and fragile. He said yes they had moved many antiques that were fragile. During the move, I watched as his helpers grabed this in the wrong places and watched as a piece came off in one of the workers hands. The worker tried to hide it from me. When they placed the clock down at the facility it was leaning. I confronted ***** and he said it was the uneveness of the floor and that the piece that was broken off he would come back and fix the next day. I said OK but was only going to pay him for half the job until the next day. At that point he stepped to within 4 inches of me ( and he is well over 6' and more than 230 lb) and said in a threatening manner " That's not how this works". At that point I wrote the check. Needless to say after multiple calls that he didn't answer, he never came back. Upon unpacking revisiting the clock there were MULTIPLE Broken Pieces of the clock that his workers must have placed there while I was finishing up paying him. I didn't want to write this review until we had moved because he was such a threatening presence and knew where we lived. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY no matter what the cost. You'll be sorry if you do.
