    -Called them to move from ** to SD. They had me pay almost $700 up front. Was supposed to pay the rest later.-I tried to contact them over 5 times to get stuff scheduled and never got an a returned email or call. -It is a scam moving company I believe. -My order number was ******* -The representative I spoke with and paid was extremely pushy for me to make an immediate payment.-They made me pay from Zelle to an email address to a representative. -When I realized it was a scam, I disputed the charge. They said it was a legitimate payment.

    On November 18 2021 I contracted with complete *** lines to do a move from ***** to **********. The quote seemed to good to be true so I sent them an initial deposit of $1625. The next day I did some research and say some information that said they over charge on the back end of the move. So I canceled within 24hrs, short of the 72 hours allowed. I emailed ********************* in **************** a copy of the last invoice. I was assured it would be handled minus 10%. I waited weeks, nothing,so i called and they acted surprised I didn't get it. I emailed again,and called and left messages. I have called and left 30 messages and sent emails. Nothing. I did have 3 times i did get someone on the phone by calling from different numbers. Those times i got asked what phone # or account i was calling about and when i told them they said please hold and never came back. I called again today,nothing. It's been 10 months ??

    I contracted with Complete Vanlines to provide a cross-country move for me in July of 2021. I paid a $2500.00 deposit to hold my move date, estimate, and as required by the contract. My move date was supposed to be July 26, 2021, but the movers did not show up and continued to not show up. I was given the run around on the phone to the point that I was calling every 30 minutes for an update and eventually was just forwarded to voicemail. I have not received a response to any of the voicemail messages that I have left with the company. When a representative was reached I was told, "I will call you back in 20 minutes." on every contact. Prior to reporting a complaint with BBB, I have requested a refund of my deposit via phone and in writing (both email and physical letter). I have filed a complaint with the Florida State Attorney General, the ******* the ***** and most recently the ****** I started this process a year ago and still have not had my issue resolved. At this point, I don't know if I need to file suit with the courts, but am requesting that my money be refunded.

    On 10/4/21 I commissioned Complete *** Lines for a cross state move (job #*******) to be completed on 10/30/21. The move was subsequently cancelled after their scheduled arrival time by the company. I requested a refund of my $2841.37 initial payment. On 4 separate occasions they confirmed the refund process as well as confirmed my address 4x. I still have yet to receive a refund. Im assuming they expect customers to just forget and not follow up but I have no intentions on letting them keep almost $3000 for a canceled job. I expect a timely resolution to this matter.
