  They will pass off your move to another mover immediately, and then completely ghost you. The mover got to me and said the actual cost was 3x what ADR told me. Then the mover they brokered the moved to damaged 70% of my belongings. Educate yourself on moving companies vs moving brokers. Don't try saving money on a move, you'll end up paying for it later.

While the final transport and pricing are ultimately handled by the carrier based on actual inventory, services rendered, and applicable tariffs, we remain available to assist with post-move concerns, including damage claims or billing disputes.

  At first, the customer service from ********************** is amazingresponsive, friendly, and helpful. But once moving day arrives, everything changes.They grossly underquote your move, and once the third-party movers (whom they broker the job out to) have your belongings loaded, the price suddenly jumpseven though the inventory hasnt changed. Youre left feeling trapped with no real choice but to pay the inflated cost just to get your things ************ make matters worse, it took two full weeks for our belongings to arrive after pickup. The only reason I even knew where our things were during that time was because I had placed a tracker inside our shipment. There was zero proactive communication from the company or movers about where the truck was or when it would arrive.I do not recommend this company. If youre considering them, save yourself the stress and go with a service like UPack, where youre in control. Sometimes people say time is money, but in this case, taking the time to do it yourself could

  American Dream Relocation LLC is a licensed interstate moving broker, not a motor carrier. Our role is to coordinate moves on behalf of our customers through *****-authorized carriers. This is explained in the written estimate, the terms and conditions agreed upon at booking, and during the scheduling process. All carriers we work with operate independently and are responsible for the physical transport and final pricing based on the actual inventory, services required, and their published tariff.
  Regarding the cost of the move: all customers are provided with a Binding to Not Exceed Estimate based on the inventory and conditions discussed at the time of booking. If there is any discrepancy at pickup, the carrier is required to document and explain any pricing adjustments directly related to additional volume, packing needs, or logistical access issues. If you believe the final charges were not justified, we welcome you to contact us so we can assist in reviewing the carriers documentation and advocate on your behalf.
  With respect to communication, we strive to keep all customers informed throughout their move. However, as delivery schedules are managed directly by the carrier and subject to routing logistics, warehouse consolidation, and federal transportation regulations, we are sometimes dependent on the carriers updates to provide specific ETAs. That said, we regret if there was a lack of timely communication and would like to investigate further to ensure proper follow-up procedures were followed.

  I have used many moving companies over the years and American Dream is by far the best! They got out to me with just a few days notice and handled my items professionally! They broke down the entire contract with me and also explained what if any added costs could be! We needed a semi and moved over 2000 miles. Every company we spoke to gave us pricing of over 20k American Dream got us door to door under 12k. I would advise anyone who is looking for services to use them !
