    I purchased a dress from her-street. The dress they shipped was NOT the dress I ordered. However, their lease for a warehouse is expired in ***************** and they are requiring ME to pay to send the WRONG dress that THEY shipped back to ***** before I am reimbursed. They also did not send me a confirmed receipt saying I had to subscribe to receive it.

    Shipped a dress with the return/exchange of 15 days. I sent the dress to the address on the website. I forwarded the tracking number to them. Then they told me that they don't have a warehouse there any longer. (It is a residence when I saw where my package was left. They asked me to recall the package (too late) and PAY to ship it to *****. I would never have bought from them if I was going to have to pay to return it to *****. TOTAL SCAM. I want a refund and they should NOT be allowed to do business in the ** any longer. I now don't have my money. the dress, the return cost to ***** it to *******. Tracking # ************ They are such LIARS! They keep sending me a canned response over and over. The phone number doesn't even exist! If you can help me file a class action lawsuit or get them out of the US I would LOVE IT!

    I placed an order on 9/16/23 for a Satin, Midi dress- Royal Blue, XS from Her-Street for my daughter's homecoming. After waiting 13 days, I received the wrong dress, wrong color, wrong size. I contacted the company on the day I received the delivery to inform them of the error- 9/29/23. I received a response to my email on 10/2/23. Per the company, I was to send pictures of the dress received, product label, shipping label and a picture of the original order. I submitted all information on 10/2. Later that evening, I received another email requesting that in order to return the item, I have 2 options- I could pay for shipping to ***** and compensation would be arranged for the return shipping cost OR I could keep the dress and receive 45% off of the item. I highly doubt that I will get refunded the cost to ship to ***** after all of this, so I responded that I am not interested in either of the options presented. All I want is my money back. I had to purchase another dress and ensure that shipping fit our timeline as homecoming is next week. Please advise as this company states that refunds must be returned within 14 days.

    Reached out to the company once again regarding my refund. They are requesting I send the wrong item back at my cost. I have asked for the return address twice now and the attachment is the response I get.

    I ordered a dress for my daughter based on the picture online. The dress I received was obviously not the same dress. You could tell it wasnt by looking at it, but if also didnt match the description. No zipper, adjustable straps, padding at bust, or lining. I immediately contacted them, which they did respond to asking for pictures. I sent the pictures and have now heard nothing back. When I tried calling the number, Ive been disconnected.

    The wrong item was sent and when contacting the business they require items that were not given in the shipment to make the return. Obvious that this is a scam company. They send you an item similar to what you ordered but not the correct item then make it impossible to return the item. Please investigate and stop this fraudulent company. Thank you!

    I placed an order for a product on February 7, 2023. I was not aware the item was not being shipped from within the ** as their address notes *******. I received confirmation and shipping number on Feb 7. I was unable to check the tracking and reached out to the company via email on Feb 15. The company reassured the package was going through logistics and would be arriving soon. I te iced the package on Feb 21. It was the wrong item. I immediately reached out and they asked for photos of packaging and the item. I provided such. I asked for a refund. They continued to try and not provide a refund by wanting to send me the correct item. I refused as the time for the item had expired. They noted they had to send the request up to their leader. I continued to email through Feb 26, noting no response from them or update about my refund. They emailed stating the complications of their return process and if I would be willing to negotiate to keep the dress. I said no and wanted a refund repeatedly. I tried to call the number on their website and it is always busy, redirecting you to email. This is not a business that conducts good business with merchandisers and future wholesalers. I just want my full refund.

    Her-Street Order # **** 6/28/2022 $63.42 2 pairs of tan, suede heels Dispute: shoes did not fit so return/exchange was requested. Emailed ALL email addresses on website, called customer service (out of order), and send ******** messages. Messages were read but no response was received. Refund was requested 2 days after item was received
