Item does not function as described and unlike most companies this one adds a restocking fee of 5% even if product fails to perform. There is only one reason a company charges a restocking fee and that is due to repeated failures that increase their shipping/management costs. If you decide to purchase then do so thru ****** where this company is forced to eat any extra costs due to product failure. I will continue to battle through BBB in order to receive my full refund. I am retired and have the time to devote in highlighting a small business that falsely represents their product and fails to stand behind it. Cheers.

This is a bitter customer and we state clearly on our website a restocking fee and they wanted to argue that the product failed. We explained that their setup and what they were trying to do was not possible with the product they purchased. As we do with all our customers we work with them to offer a better solution if they do not want to pay restocking. They had an undersized inverter trying to start a large load and they never called us first to see if it would work.
Customers do not realize a small business suffers losses when they use products for trial and error and return especially when they receive free shipping...etc.
