  I hired Tru colors contracting to repair a wall and replace the stucco I advised that the repair needed to be documented and photos shared with every step of the process to provide the inspector to once completed. It was agreed and would be provided. During the project the company damaged my house and left. Upon completion of the project no contact was made from the company to discuss repairs after I called and left messages with the office as well as the salesman who came to provide the quote. Once I was finally called back after a week, I was contacted by the salesman he immediately threatened that if i didn't pay he would put a lien on my house, at this point i never advised i would not pay only wanted to get the damage caused by them repaired. Since i have reached out to the salesman and company by phone left messages and used their online chat to contact them to request the details of the repairs and photo documentation. My house has failed the inspection and i cannot prove that any work was done nor can they share that the job was completed correctly.

  Hi, This complaint is a result of ** missing a phone call. There was a message left on a voicemail for an employee that was out of town for the week. We did the work, was actually hired for more work from this client, sent over the pictures and the job looked perfect per the pictures attached. The customer advised us that he needed more pictures for his inspector. We have called this customer many times to try to resolve this matter, the office has called and the owner has called and texted many times. He has now charged back his credit card. We did all of the work and would always do what we can to make the customer happy, if I get a response, we still will do whatever the customer may need.   As you can see from photos, all of this work was done, stucco was removed and repaired, you can see the new stucco.
