    On April 19th I requested trash service through FCC Environmental. It took calling twice just for them to finish setting up my account. Since then they have not delivered any trash bins and when I call they say they're on back order yet our neighbors who moved in after us were able to get some delivered to their townhome. They have not picked up our trash in 2 weeks yet they have still sent us a bill. I have called the number listed on their website and they say I can go in person and I informed them that I would have to take PTO in order to do that. Or they just said sorry they can send a email and call me back which they never do. You can never get a response from the buncombe office as their line is always busy.

    Our Ops Manager spoke with customer and let her know that the trash and recycling cans will be delivered 6/25 and we have credited her account.

    *** has not picked up my trash and has not responded to multiple phone calls or emails in an effort to resolve issue.

    We spoke with Mr. ******** on 2/5/25. We were informed that we needed to get the extra FCC carts removed. It appears that cart delivery set the carts out at the end of the road and these extra carts are the excess. We informed him that we would have the carts picked up no later than Saturday, February 8th. Mr. ******** said that he was okay with this.

    I pay for trash service on time every month. I am skipped frequently. I have spoken with ******* customer service many times and *** pick up supervisor. My scheduled service today is Friday. Last time I was skipped it was picked up 8 days later. Today is Monday and my yard waste is still sitting on the curb. I need my trash cans back. I pay for the service and I do not receive the service. I called *** on Fri 3/24 & left a message, no reply. I would like to receive a credit on my bill.
